When we discovered we were going to need our roof replaced, I was dreading what I thought would be a difficult and expensive process. That was not the case at all! Innovative Construction and Roofing completely took care of everything. Once our adjuster came out and appraised the damage, I sent the report to our representative for Innovative Construction and he told me they would include our $1500 deductible into the cost of the repair. I didnt pay a penny to replace our roof. They also brought out a large crew and had our roof finished by 1:00 pm. They had our driveway and lawn cleaner than what it was before they got there. Grant Bridwell was our sales rep. He handled everything with our Insurance Company and made the whole process really smooth. Innovative Construction did a great job and our roof looks fantastic. The crew had some unexpected Issues come up (like boards that needed to be replaced) and took care of it quickly and with no hassle to us. They gave me a great quote right away without having to wait to hear back from them. Other companies I contacted took forever to get back to me just for the quote. After Innovative Construction gave me the quote, they had the roof done in a day! Excellent work and they cleaned up after themselves. The warranty was mailed to me soon after as well. I will be using this company every time I need roofing work done. Highly recommend this company.

We used innovative this past summer to replace our roof and guttering due to hail damage. They were fabulous to work with! They were so well with our insurance and took care of a lot of the details. We were also on a tight schedule as we were in the process of moving and they replaced our roof quickly! Clean up was well done! No nails or scraps left in the yard. Would highly recommend and would use again!
