Was in with my wife and 1.5 yr old. Food was good as usual but 2 things happened that really pissed me off. First, my bowl had about 1/2 of the regular amount of food (I normally would have said something, but decided Chipotle should have this process screened better). The girl that was serving rice and meat seemed new, slow and uncertain. The next issue happened when I went back in to get an extra drink. The cashier was standing waiting for the lady who was early in the food making process. I asked to buy a bottled drink and cashier said I would need to go stand in line. I had to pause and replay what he said because it was that out of the blue to me. I understand if I was cutting off people in line who were waiting but nobody was at the cash register being rung up. It made no sense and I just walked out. First and last time Ill be coming to this one.

Walked thru their door at 9pm, an hour before closing and no guacamole!! Kid who waited on us said they has exceeded sales by $400 today and they didnt have any more because of that. Steak was cut into such tiny pieces that it was so dried out it was no longer like any other chipotle I have eaten at. Looked like bits of beef jerky. Girl working there was too busy playing apparent games with other employees to concentrate on her customers, by games I mean she was making someone a drink in the kitchen and was adding Tabasco to their drink as some sort of joke...while 2 other employees were eating and they were all watching for the reaction of the person who was getting the drink. Never thought that I would say I would never go back to Chipotle again...but NEVER will I step foot back into that one.

This is the worst Chipotle of every one Ive visited. Its night and day compared to the one on Expressway. The workers are consistently the slowest Ive seen as well. I miss all the illegals, lol. Chipotle is such a crap unethical company. I guess the campus location is worse since it had e coli poisoning people. I forget this location sucks, so every 6-8 months I try it again, then get the same mediocre food and crap service. Do yourself a favor and go to Five Guys, Pei Wei or anything else around here (except Zios, what garbage food that place has as well).

The first time I went the whole place was filthy, floors where covered in food everywhere and trash was overflowing. We brought it to the managers attention who seemed alarmed like she didnt notice. The second time we went was horrible, we had coupons which couldnt be redeemed due to computers being down and they werent willing to do the math so they charged us full price and were not going to make it right. Food there is marginally worth the effort even if it is non gmo. They should work on customer satisfaction and cleanliness.

The food was okay. Very limited selection, friendly service. However, I wouldnt recommend it to eat at or bother to apply for. It isnt worth the price for starters. Next they have a long history of issues with their food from ecoli to things I cant pronounce. Furthermore they have an issue apparently if someone has a rough job history and doesnt want to give someone a chance. But, wants the general public to believe they ha e changed and will no longer get people sick. Hypocrites

The food here is great and you get a good amount, provided you dont get served by a new employee who is still giving small portions. With the exception of their tortillas, everything is gluten free. While they dont have as many extras as Qdoba and still charge extra for guacamole, the quality and flavor of their ingredients is significantly better. And if you care about GMOs or how your food was raised, they have that going for them as well.

Staff was rude and did not want too make my burrito bowl the way I like. All I wanted different was a tortilla in the bottom of the bowl w/ some cilantro added. They started too tell me they couldnt put a tortilla in the bowl then changed there minds and they wouldnt add cilantro. I really got the impression everyone there had a bad day and they didnt want too be at there store.

We always receive excellent customer service here! They always take care of their customers and are very friendly and accommodating. Weve randomly been given cards for free food and, today, when our seven year old said shed like another quesadilla and chocolate milk, they gave it to us for free, even though I offered to pay anyway. Cant recommend them enough.

It was just what we have gotten used to from this restaurant. Nothing more and nothing less. The young kids serving kind of even each other out.....some slop the food and grunt and others take care and smile. I had not had the tofu before and it was good.

Besides the friendly employees I was highly disappointed. There were under cooked beans , over cooked rice and extremely soggy/stale chips. I will note that I was given a coupon for free chips and quac for the chips being stale.

This Chipotle has ruined my order and/or had certain parts of the menu unavailable EVERY SINGLE TIME I have gone. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Asp, much better service and actually competent employees.

Staff werent friendly. Wouldnt make a quesadilla on the kids build your own. Tables a little dirty. Quick stop for traveling through. 5 people working but only one person making burritos and taking payment.

I used to frequent Chipotle and it is very good, but they posted their support for gay marriage so I checked Qdoba and they did not. So I had to switch to Qdoba. But its equally as good, plus they have queso.

Love this Chipotle. Staff is super friendly and they get the order out fast. Plenty of space here and there is even WiFi available if you want. Carnitas burrito bowl is my favorite.

This is my favorite location! The staff are always great and their fajita veggies always taste better than other locations! One of the smaller locations but offer outdoor seating.
