Total negligence on all of my orders at this location. I had them cut a few of my books to spiral bind them, and this FedEx has cut all of my books to close to the spine, thus cutting off text. Other FedEx stores have not done this. So, when they punched holes in my books, the holes are only half on the page, causing the pages to come out of the binding. My biggest issue is when I brought in a book to be cut and bound, with the covers being laminated. When I dropped it off, I was very explicit with my directions, even offering to leave a finished product as an example. They politely declined. When I went to go pick up the book, it was nothing like I asked. I told them I needed a border around the covers of lamination, and they left 1 side of the covers with a border, and it wasnt even the same side on the front and back covers! Since they cut the three other sides too short, there was no way to fix this. In addition, on the same visit, I had them spiral bind some computer pages and asked for two clear covers. Instead, I got 1 clear and 1 black. Total disregard for what I asked. So, I called the corporate office and asked what could be done for my book that they ruined. The office told me the shop could refund me the price that I paid for my book. So I went back to the print shop where the manager ARGUED with me, trying to tell me the book wasnt ruined. It was my book, and for my proposes it was ruined, who is he to tell me other wise. He was then very rude when he finally accepted. Finally, I didnt even get the full refund back, about $6 short because "it is over the max amount we can give back." I had to go back 3 times for all of this. Negligence and rudeness are all the staff has to offer. This is only a few of the examples of the quality I receive every time I go there. It is a shame, because other FedEx locations I have visited are much better than this.

I came in for a spiral binding service for a planner I had spent three days designing and crafting (handmade pockets and covers, custom layouts, the works). I tried to be explicit that I wanted it very carefully done, but almost as soon as I said "spiral binding" the worker whisked it to the back and started punching holes in it. She was very friendly and the service was quick, but when she brought it back to me the holes were off-center and there was a series of half-holes across the bottom. Its functional but it looks very sloppy. Perhaps I expected too much from an office store. FedEx is fine if youre looking for purely functional work, but if you expect attention to detail or care about craftsmanship look elsewhere. Ill be re-making my planner and investing in binding equipment for myself so I know that this time itll be done right.

I went today to make a copy of invitations i needed. I was told by the lady who was working there i couldnt print my invitations because it had Winnie the Pooh. The bear on my invitations Is NOT the actually Disney Winnie the Pooh. The bear on my invitations does not have a red shirt. Just because it has a honey pot next to it doesnt make it Winnie the Pooh. There shouldnt be any copy right issues. I would have understood if it were the Disney Winnie the Pooh, but it wasnt. I think you should train your employees to distinguish the difference between the actual Winnie the Pooh and a bear. I live right close to Kinkos and would have preferred to get my printing done there. But instead i had to go to a different company that had no problem printing my job. Hopefully this wont happened again to someone else.

The employees are not very nice or accommodating. They tend to talk down to their customers and aren’t very good at explaining their pricing. Once when they didn’t know my name (and didn’t ask) they just put me down as “Lady.” Update (8/17/17): the worst employee is Michelle. Shes the one who deliberately made my prints incorrectly and does not listen to instructions. She has made very insensitive comments not appropriate in everyday conversation and definitely not appropriate in the work place with a customer. She continues to deliberately make prints incorrectly and incomplete and is sarcastic in nature when approached about her mistakes.

self service printing is absolute nightmare. In theory this is an amazing service, but I have been using it for about a year off and on between multiple locations and it only works about half the time. here is a typical experience: walk in, send your order to print (but printer isnt working) get a refund, go to another machine it prints but wrong size paper, go to another machine printer is not connected to network. This turns a simple black and white print job that should take about 3 minutes into a 30 minute back and forth ordeal. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the system simple does not work.

Im standing here with my baby waiting on this woman who is running around like a headless chicken trying to help all of the customers by herself. I would be mad at her if it werent entirely the companies fault for consistently and constantly short staffing this location. Im on a timed schedule and Ive been here for nearly forty minutes now! Good job Catherine, but Im sorry your job must suck. Thumbs down for fedex for mistreating its employees. Nobodies job should be like that and she handles it way better than I ever could!!!

I ordered a $750 computer from Dell. When the FedEx guy brought the computer into my office to have me sign for it he slammed it down on my desk. Yes, SLAMMED. It echoed through the office. Luckily there was no damage to the contents. When I responded "Hey be careful with that" he goes "You dont want to know how much it was bouncing around in the back". And if that wasnt bad enough, he was supposed to have it signed by me, but instead of asking he wrote "signed by A. Broyles" That isnt may last name, jerk.

worst customer service I have ever experienced, but as slow as humanly possible. Not only did the misprint my baby shower invitations, they charged me an extra $16 to fix them. Then today, after waiting 30 minutes to be helped, they told me that because I use a Mac, they could not print my item due to the file being damaged. Yet, they managed to do this 72 hours ago when they messed up my invitations! I will NEVER go back. The word sorry does not make up for ignorance.

I received a box of $200 worth of candy for our daughters wedding. The delivery guy rang the doorbell and I watched him get in his truck as I stood at the door. There were packing peanuts all across my lawn and as I lifted the box, 3 pounds of peanuts fell out of the box and the bottom fell out. I called Fed EX Norman, OK and got a royal runaround of it not being their fault, as she waited simultaneously on someone else in the store. Avoid this place.

Printer malfunctioned and didnt make all copies needed. Andrew was not helpful and rude. I reprinted my items, I was then being helped by Jeff when checking out and receiving a refund for prints. He was a little more friendly, until he told me he couldnt refund me for the time I paid for on computer only copies. Will not be returning to this location or any fed ex kinkos. My 10 minute errand turned into a 30 minute experience with awful customer service!
