If you go into the store you can get great service, although that depends on who is actually working. They seem to keep the atore fairly understaffed most of the time. If you do want to call and ask the employees anything, the phone generally rings anywhere from 8-20 minutes with no answer to your call. which then makes you have to go to the store in person leading you back to my first comment. Needs alot of improvement in the attitudes of the staff. If you do not want to work in a customer service industry then please do us a favor and quit. We dont care for your inapproiate comments, and glaring looks. Management should consider educating the newer staff on what good customer service truly is like.

No stars. This Kinkos screwed up a $400 order and intimidated my secretary into signing the proof saying it was her fault for a document that was messed up. It is perfect on our system. They offered no help, only a full redo at full price. If you need a commercial job go to ink images. They at least stand behind their work.

Came in to ship off a few items, only to find one of the employees being impatient with the female employee that was helping me. He kept telling her to work faster. Made me and the people standing in line feel uncomfortable. I could tell she was doing the best she could. Thought to let you know our experience.

The least customer friendly FedEx I have been in in the United States. Extremely quirky and strange staff make one feel somewhat uncomfortable. I think FedEx can do better than this, what say you?

A very pleasant experience. The gentleman working there did an excellent job cutting the glue binding off my book and replacing it with a coil binding (for flat reading).
