Facts: Went in to get ink cartridges re-filled. I was told to come back in twenty minutes. Came back and picked-up the cartridges. Got home and the cartridges had a whole piece of paper towel folded and taped to the bottom of them. Of course no ink was left on in the cartridges, it had all been wicked out of the cartridges by the paper towel. Called the store. They said the manager told them to do that because they were out of plugs and to bring them back in for a refund. A couple nights later, I arrived at the store. I asked to see the manager. I was told that he just went on break and then the sales person started laughing. I waited. Still not manager appeared. The saleman called him again. Still no manager appeared. At that point I asked him to do the refund. He did, but them when I asked him for a receipt he couldnt give me one. He said "Dont worry its there". I asked him if they never give receipts for returns and he said, "it doesnt work that way, but dont worry. Its there." At that point I left....buyer beware.

I attempted to order same day business cards online. I called near closing time only to be told their system was down and it would be up the day following. If it was not up, I would be refunded. I was informed that I would be called if there were any issues. I received no call so I swung by the the store. I was told again the system was down and that I would be refunded. Fast forward two days and then I see a draft from my account for the business cards. I then get an email stating that the cards are ready to pick up. I drive to the store and am informed once again the system is down and Ill receive a refund. I pointedly told them that in fact that is not the case and was told that I would be reimbursed once more. Dont do business here, dishonesty abounds.

Reviews that like this location must be relatives of the manager. Youll wait 10-15 minutes to check out. One cashier with 4-5 people in line. If you can find an employee in the store, theyll gladly jump the line ahead of everyone whos been waiting. If you ask a question they do not know the answer. Poor service overall. I will go out of my way to avoid this frustrating store.

Very unimpressed with their Impress printing services. Placed an order and told it would take 5 to 10 minutes per page to print. Told them that is fine I will be back to pick it up later in the evening. Came back 24 hours later and the same employee told me that they were not going to print it until tomorrow. I was only trying to get 2 black and white survey pages printed!

I visit the store about twice a month and have had only good experiences. The staff has been friendly and helpful. Have processed returns without a problem. Have not used their print services (although plan to this morning) nor have I used their ink refill service. I have a membership at Office Depot but have not been given a reason to avoid Office Max which is closer to me.

Went in to buy some packing tape and found the prices to be ridiculously high. The Scotch brand tape was about 6 rolls for $30 and the OM brand was 6 for $20. I passed on both, and when I got home I ordered a case of 36 of the latter for $43 from the OM website. Makes me wonder about the rest of the prices in the store.

The staff in the print shop frequently unhelpful and seem to always some excuse for how long it takes to help people. When I ask if other employees can come help at the print shop I am told " no". This is a common problem.

Management is not very friendly and you can often find better prices at Walmart or online. For the rare time that I have gone in, to use coupons, it was nothing but a pain. Ill choose other places first.
