I drove from another city to go to Sundance for the first time to print a project hoping to get some help with the printing process. Instead, the people at Sundance were very unfriendly and did not want to help me. It seems that this is a self-serve type of place, but I think they took the concept too far. I didnt know what I was doing, and I needed help selecting paper and print settings, but the people there seemed too busy to help me (even though I was the only customer in the store). When I figured out how to print what I needed, the print quality from their laser printer was terrible. The alignment was way off, and multiples of the exact same document were different colors. I kept having to ask for help, which was embarrassing because they clearly didnt want to talk to me. I wish they would have just walked me through the process in the first place. The only nice thing about the experience was that one of the guys let me leave without paying for all the failed printouts, even though they apparently charge for that. The whole trip was a horrible waste of time and gas, and Ill never go back.

I like to support local businesses, so I found Sundance. Walked in the door to have 200 color copies made. Sign on the counter reads "Color Copies, 100 or more, $.49 each (Self Service Only)". I asked the clerk if that was their best price, and she looked at her chart and said, "Oh, those prices on the sign are no longer valid. Its now $.59 each." I asked her if they would honor the price on the sign, and she called her supervisor, who said they would NOT honor the price on the sign, that the prices on the sheet were the correct prices. I complained, as that was a $20 difference in price, but she persisted that the sign prices by their front door would not be honored. So I took my business to OfficeMax, never to step foot in this place again.

Everything was great. Put in order online, immediately got personal email asking my preference in paper, etc. I scheduled it for pickup the following afternoon. I went in, everything was complete as expected, and even was shrink wrapped, which was a huge surprise of taking customer service to the next level - something you would never see at Office Depot. However, when I was able to get back onto my computer the following day, I noticed that I was charged roughly $200, versus the $150 that I was quoted on the website and via email. When I spoke with the manager Samantha about it, it was a simple mistake in their system, and she quickly applied the credit to the account.

Toke some letters to get laminated last week for outdoor advertising purposes, prices were not only the most resonable around town , but the service I received was awesome, it has rained a couple times since and the letters were not destroyed by water at all , I did get work done at a local competitor here in town on the same day and had to take it back yesterday to get relmainated after I got attitude about it , I will certainly be using Sundance for any future projects and will certainly recommended you to all my coworkers and friends

This place MUST have gotten a new team together since these other reviews. Ive been coming here consistently for over a year and got 10/10 service every single time. Were talking basic stuff to custom large prints. Im in and out. Also, the super friendly guy whos there every time I go has gone out of his way to make sure I left with exactly what I had in mind.

I stopped by after a disaster from a big box retailers "print center". I was politely greeted and told them my issue. The staff described to me the options I had, then put one together for me while I waited. I was out the door in under 10min and was way cheaper, and WAY better than what the big box retailer attempted. I will be back.

Sundance Print & Copy has the best customer service around. I get all my printing done with them because I know it will get done the right way, plus I enjoy the company! There are new owners and my company could not be more happy with them. The best copy and print shop Ive been to!

Very happy with their service. After having tried twice to get Office Depot/Max to print two posters in the right size I came into Sundance. Aaron immediately understood what I wanted and delivered two perfect posters in the perfect size within 10-15 mins.
