This company has the worst delivery service. I had an overnight priority mail for the passport requirement of my daughter. The shipment was delivered three days after, because of the carelessness of their staff. They got a wrong zipcode on it, a customer service rep called me to verify the address, it was corrected and waited for another day for the next shipment schedule. Unfortunately, On the next day they shipped it on the wrong address again. I missed the target date of release of the passport , because of fedex i need to rebook my flight. These people are so irresponsible. The manager asked for an apology but my time was wasted and it was a hassle on part to change my flight itinerary.

Hands down worst customer service in the valley. I had emailed a poster that needed printed. I walked up to the desk and confirmed the printing. After waiting over a half hour, I ask how much longer. The man behind the counter looks blankly at me and asks "What size?" After waiting that long, confirming the printing... they hadnt even started. I confirm again. After another 10 minutes Im told the job takes 45 minutes. Had they started when I confirmed the first time I wouldnt have wasted 40 minutes of my day. Unfortunately. I need the product ASAP. Lesson learned. I will be going elsewhere for my printing. Absolutely terrible.

Just went in to ship a used Cymbal. The box was packed correctly with plenty of foam in a strong sturdy box. They said they couldnt ship it. Does Fed-ex ship packages or not?
