Beware! Do not ship from here or with fed ex! I brought a lladro figurine to ship. I paid for fed ex to pack and label as fragile and bought the insurance as well. When the package arrived to the receiver, the box was damaged and the lladro was broken in several pieces. The claim process was very difficult and the automated phone options took a long time to navigate. I did receive a check about a month later which was way less than the insurance I purchased. The claim had been assigned a different tracking number so the fed ex representative named Jawonzski said he had no record of me buying the insurance. He could not help me. So I had to call and spend another 30 min on the phone where another representative asked me to email him proof of the value of my item. I never heard from him so I had to call the awful automated system again and was told my claim had been denied. I had to request to speak with someone else who could help me and finally I have been told that a check will be mailed out to me tomorrow for the insurance amount I purchased. If only the person at this location would have packed the item as I paid for it and fed ex taken care of the fragile item this would not have happened. I dont like being told by the representative that he had no record of my insurance purchase and declared value of my item even when I provided him a copy of my receipt that said so. Horrible customer service and a lackluster care of my fragile item. I will never ship fed ex again.

Service here is lacking, anything outside of the basics. I asked to tape my box, they said no, I asked if I could tape it and come back, they responded that they needed to know what was in the box. I asked them where it said I had to disclose what was in a box since I had a prepaid label I told them I didnt want to tell them. They said it was their policy to know what was being accepted at their shipping facility and that was how they were trained. I asked them if they could show me where I needed to disclose what I was shipping and they directed me to a placard on a wall describing the kinds of packages they wouldnt take. I ended up driving 10miles to the central shipping location off 281 and it went smooth as silk. These people need to learn their jobs better. 1/18/17

Conveniently located in The Rim. FedEx will hold your packages at the store for FREE for up to 5 days. This makes for easy pickup and avoids the requirement to be at home. The place is never busy. The staff are friendly and attentive. Been there several times and will continue to have packages delivered to FedEx.

Unfortunately the lock of training I this location does not have any professionalism. I had a blue print and mount for $10 and when I order another 3 they want to charge me $110 and the manager said you were wrong charge for the first one; than do your job as a manager and proper train your staff.

Lacking customer service. Ralph acts like everything is a struggle, I asked about adding insurance and he said I would have to start all over and stared blankly at me. I said okay, lets add insurance and the he sighed like it was too much work. I will not spend my money here again.

Oftentimes they dont seem to pick up their phone in the mornings; seem to have better luck speaking to a representative if I call mid-late afternoon. Very polite and helpful once you reach them, or when you go into the store!
