I came to this Office Depot in the month of July 2013 to buy a printer, shredder, and a tablet. The store associates dont seem to be interested in their work and it shows. I asked an associate if they had the nexus 10 tablet and he didnt know what it was. The second store associate that we asked went to check "in the back" and came back to say that they only had one left. After telling him that we would take it, he left and came back to tell us that they didnt have any but a shipment of tablets would come in 5 days. Very disappointing! At the checkout the cashier was very rude and had a very mean attitude towards my husband and I. She tried to convince us that the price for the shredder we were purchasing was not actually on sale since it would not ring up the sale price. It seemed that we were not the only ones she gave attitude though. I give it more than one star because the price of the shredder we bought didnt match the sale price it was advertised in the ad for the week. The one helpful person was the manager who came over when we were in the check out line. She was extremely nice and helpful and fixed the price problem right away. She treated us the way customers should be treated...with respect. Even though I did end up purchasing items at that Office Depot, I will not be going back. At least, not until they hire new employees who know more about in store products, and cashiers that treat customers nicely.

I took my phone there for a battery replacement. The gentleman told me that it wouldnt take more than 10 minutes and would be "a simple battery swap." 10 minutes turned into 3+ hours while he blindly worked on my phone without following any protocol or directions. Eventually, he returned my phone to me but with a cracked screen. I told him that the screen wasnt cracked previously. He said he would fix it because it mustve happened when he was taking the battery out. After another hour, he told me that he couldnt fix it because "AT&T phones have some extra wires that Sprint phones dont have" and he needed to keep it overnight for his manager to fix the next day. I was obviously annoyed, but I agreed and asked to use my phone for a second before surrendering it. After waiting another 30 minutes, he finally said that the phone wouldnt turn on. He threw up his hands and offered an insincere apology and told me their store is closing in 30 minutes. I left. This morning, I called and spoke to his manager, Juan. Juan was aware of the situation and made it very clear that he did not care about the inconveniences his employees poor training caused me. Period. He was extremely rude and condescending. He made the situation worse and did not, at the very least, offer reimbursement for the service. Im appalled. If your phone needs a new battery, please take it somewhere else. These guys will break it and wont care.

Operations Manager was rude, lied repeatedly about what products they had in store and even though I had already paid for the item but they couldnt deliver because they failed to hold my order, she refused to cancel my order. Once she refused to cancel the order I had to call the corporate office in order to cancel it. I called back and spoke to her manager and that individual stated "I will talk to her about it". "Talking" wont solve a lack of professionalism or integrity. This store has serious management issues from bottom to top. I wont shop at Office Depot or Office Max in the future. Fortunately I found a business that had the product I needed and I had it within minutes!

Not open until noon on a Saturday "due to short staffing," per the sign on the doors. Management issue? Labor market issue? Dunno, but as a small business owner, I schedule out my errand times according to hours posted online. Having to go across town to another shop adds to fuel costs and loss of time. Id be more than a little frustrated as a parent or educator intent in buying school supplies this morning. Might as well shut this location down, Office Depot.

I bought a toner cartridge yesterday from the office depot at Bandera and 1604 but when I tried to use I found that it was defective. Our office is located closer to this Office Depot so I took in a picture of the receipt and the cartridge. I was able to exchange it with no issues. It was such a wonderful help. The staff is very friendly

I have going to this store for many years and I always find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. And I always find what I am looking for. This store is my first choice for office supplies. Only gave 4 stars because sometimes there is not enough staff available when I do have a question.

Manager was very rude. Acted in a very unprofessional manner. He made me feel very uncomfortable and was extremely rude to me and my mother as well. Someone in a professional position should not act is such a immature manner. He does not represent this company in a positive way.

Excellent staff and leadership! Ive never been to this store, but my first experience was a memorable one. Ever since then the store has been getting better and cleaner. Customer focused with attention to detail. Solution oriented and community driven. I like this store!

This Office Depot has been here for many years, though under different managers. It has become my primary business shopping store! Every time I go there, they always have what I need, they deliver, and the customer service is impeccible. Who could ask for more?
