Recently had the owner emboss a little over a hundred items for an upcoming event for me. I provided the embossing foil and items to be embossed and explicit instructions that the foil I provided was the color I wanted to use. When I arrived to pick up the order, they were done in the wrong color. It seems that the owner took it upon herself to use a color that should thought I would like without prior consulting me. Having put me behind my timeline I had to order more of the items she embossed with the wrong color, however this time I needed to expedite shipping to make up for time I was losing. Although the owner paid for the items, she refused to pay for shipping. To top things off she had the nerve to tell me she didnt want to do business with me as I attempted to come to some type of amicable resolution. Fortunately I was able to talk her into completing the job she had previously ruined. She had the gall to mention several times that she was losing money, however I didnt think it was my fault since she couldnt follow the simple instructions I had conveyed to her in the beginning of this all. In short, Ill never do business with her again. She told me that not only has she lost most of her employees but her customer base as well. Her lack of customer service is a direct reflection as to why shes only has 2 employees, good luck selling used cars Trini.

I recently had the experience of employing the printing services provided by T &M. From the start, I was impressed with their friendly customer service, reasonable pricing, and diligence in completing my order! Their staff was very responsive and accomodating with my printing requests as well. I am so pleased to have stumbled upon this company. They are simply one of the best!
