We used a "quick" printer for several years because we thought that they could produce our materials quickly. When we were introduced to Horizon we found out that we didnt need to wait two weeks for business cards. In fact, when one of our sales people asked for some fliers for a trade show, we contacted our representative at 9 AM to see if Horizon could print 100 handouts by noon. They called at 11AM to tell us that we could pick up our order. The quality of their work is incredible! There is an old adage in business: Quality, Price, Service ... pick any two. With Horizon you get all three. I highly recommend them.

Our company placed an order online for 550 postcards, color, double sided. The price was reasonable. The order was ready two days earlier than expected. Horizon is conveniently located, two miles from our office so order pick-up was a breeze, no battling Austin traffic. The printing quality was exactly as we wanted. The customer service was friendly and efficient. Added bonus was the mint from the candy bowl at time of pick up.

Waste of Time. Walked out of the shop with a verbal estimate for 1000 3-color business cards for $130. Sounded reasonable. Then received written estimate for $514. Called to verify the numbers were correct due to increase of verbal stimate by about 400%. Visiting shop and calling for clarification turned out to be a collosal waste of time, price was $514.

I have worked with Horizon on multiple projects for high end fine artwork which requires good color and good quality at a competitive price. Horizon has proved they can repeatedly meet those needs, while taking a sincere interest in helping us understand all of the options available on each project. I would use them again, and recommend them to others.

Friendly print shop and quality work. Fair prices and they are SUPER SPEEDY on all jobs. They make my life a lot easier whenever I have projects coming up that require print. They even do some small editing on the flyers for me too. I cannot recommend them enough.
