I was in need of some business cards. I did what most people do and pulled up Google. I looked at a couple of different advertising companies and read their reviews. LaLuz Printing had the best reviews, personable experiences, people being treated like people, not numbers or random customers. I called and made time to go in. When I arrived, I was greeted and introduced to Ignacio, who sat with me and took time to REALLY listen to what I was trying to achieve with my business. As a business owner himself, he asked me questions about where we were headed, where we wanted to be in a year, five years, etc. He didnt just sell me a card and send me on my way. We discussed my design, what I was looking for, what inspired me, and the look and feel of my cards. This is more important than I realized. I chose a high gloss card and after handing them out to several people, I noticed something strange. They all, ALL, absentmindedly rub the card between their thumb and forefinger! It feels good in the hand, it gets their attention and they look at it for a second or third time. This burns my logo into their mind. Ignacio knew this and made sure that my card would get my clients attention. My cards look amazing, feel great in the hand, they tell my potential clients who we are, what we do, and how they can get in touch in an attractive and effective way. I will be getting T-shirts done soon and will definitely be using LaLuz for all my printing needs!

I had a wonderful experience working with La Luz Printing. First, I called into the office and was greeted warmly. I had a lot of questions. I was shopping around town for business cards, banners, stickers etc. I was helped and when I asked if there was an office or a showroom that I could see a sample of the materials, I was invited to the offices right off Nakoma and 281. Alejandra helped me, and she showed me all the different items. Everything looked super high quality and durable. She walked me through the many, many options for SWAG, T-shirts, stickers, buttons, and all the card options. For now, I only ordered business cards. My business partner saw my cards, and she wants to place an order too! I received my cards quickly. The owner, Ignacio, was very patient with me when I emailed him throughout the week to ensure they were going to be delivered on time. Overall, this one one of the best purchasing experiences I have had with a printer. I have tried to work with other printers around town and they were rude, impatient and treated me like I was a nuisance for asking questions. If you want to have a great product, at a great price, and work with kind people, then La Luz is the place to print.

I had the absolute best experience, hands down, while working with La Luz Printing, Their outstanding quality of printing and fantastic customer service doesnt even come close to the large commercial printers Ive worked with in the past. I walked into La Luz unexpectedly, with a short project deadline of 4 days, and Ignacio was beyond helpful and accommodating to the specific needs of the marketing collateral I had to quickly print. He dedicated so much time towards explaining the printing process, sizing, paper weight, finish and paid such amazing attention to detail throughout our meeting. We were ecstatic with the end result as it it truly was the highest quality look and feel with the most luxurious finish weve ever seen. On top of that, La Luz had an astonishing turn-around time as our quantity of 5,000 was delivered in just 3 days! La Luz Printing did an amazing job for us. We had an event coming up in 3 days and needed a vinyl overlay done. I had shopped for 2 days at print shops and every single one said that the overlay wasnt possible. I came across La Luz printing on google. Decided to give it one last shot. As soon walked in they welcomed me with a warm welcome. The guys took the time to look at what I needed and had the graphic designer Luis Estrada said that it was possible. I was stunned. IF I COULD GIVE THIS RATING MORE STARS I WOULD! Thursday night before Memorial Day weekend, all of my local printers in New York either could not print and ship in time OR was charging me over 700% more to make it in time for Saturday delivery. I needed to print a vinyl welcome banner 5ft. x 3ft and have it delivered to one of our Foot Locker stores in San Antonio. I found La Luz Printing through a google search and saw they had an excellent rating, so in my desperation I emailed them my request (even though I knew they were closed). Within minutes I got a reply back from Ignacio saying they would take care of it. Not only did they print it -- but since it was such a tight turnaround they were so gracious enough to personally deliver it to the store! Working in retail, I can appreciate great customer service. They are definitely our printer of choice in the South!

It was my worst nightmare - 5 days before expo and I forgot to order my step and repeat. I found La Luna online and appreciated that they were local. I invited myself to their office so I could see a sample of the product I was interested. Ignacio was very friendly, knowledgeable, and guaranteed I would have my item in time. He did not disappoint! We expedited the shipping, and it not only arrived on time, but cost 1/3 the price of regular shipping with almost every other vendor in town. The quality is beautiful yet durable. We received many compliments at expo from other exhibitors wondering who printed our banner. I plan to use La Luna and Ignacio again for other business needs. Thanks again!

La Luz Printing company recently helped me with a couple of rush jobs. Im so happy with how quickly they got all of my products into production, I was honestly shocked that they were able to turn them out so quickly! I had to print stickers for a client and they quickly got them into production the same day! They also expedited a table cover for client out-of-town even after we needed more time to get them the artwork.
