My experience with Shweiki Media was fantastic! Our printing company flooded last year and we are still recovering. I found myself in a predicament when a customer was ready to order her yearly Dance Recital book. This is a fairly large book, which in the past we did in-house. However, I did not have the equipment to handle this book, so instead I turned to one of our usual outsources. Surprisingly, I found they thought it was too big to handle. In desperation, I used our linked-in account and posted the job specks, hoping to get a good price from someone who could produce this book with an extremely short deadline. I had numerous responses, among them Jennifer from Shweiki. I did my homework and weeded out the ones who didnt even seem legitimate. I then compared pricing on the ones left. Not only had Shweiki provided a very competitive bid, their reputation was incomparable. It was smooth sailing from here on. I uploaded my files to them and EVERYONE at this company was so very prompt, nice and professional that I can not say enough good about them! I had my job in plenty of time and the quality of the book was A+. I have since sent them othe work, which was also excellent and I hope to have more to send them in the future. Shweiki is one of the ONLY businesses I have dealt with in years whose employees TRULY seem to care about their work and reputation! Top of my list!

I am a Publication Designer and Publisher. I have been in business since 1985 and have designed and published numerous high quality publications. I have held the position of Pre-Press manager for Chas. P. Young and Tristar Web Graphics and have also served as a Digital Pre-Press Consultant for numerous large printing companies (R.R. Donnely, Wetmore, etc.). As a designer and publisher my business revolves around ultra high quality publications. I am very familiar with high speed sheet fed and heat set web presses. I have tried to use web printers in the past to print some of my higher quality publications and it did not work out due to the quality I demanded for my customers. I recently finished my first project with Shweiki and to my pleasant surprise the entire experience was a success. This was my first experience of doing any type of publication. My ad person, who was helping me with the whole project, suggested that I contact Shweiki Media Printing Company to inquire about my printing needs. She had just used them on a recent project and was very happy with the results. Right from the very beginning, the service that I received from Shweiki was top notch. When I called to inquire about products and pricing I received very informative information. Within a few days, I received a package full of samples to help me make a choice about what to use for my project. The team at Shweiki was very easy to work with when we finally uploaded our project, and they followed the timeline that they had promised me. When we ran into a small glitch with the receiving of our product (the shipping companys mistake) on time, Shweiki went above and beyond to put together some extra programs that they had left over and overnighted them to me at no additional charge. Their customer service through the whole process was exceptional. For this years project, I will definitely be using this company once again.

Needing the assistance of a large, quality company like Shweiki is simply something that has arisen from the volunteer work that I do. With that said, Shweiki Media is the most patient group and are always able to walk me through every step. Ive been in publishing for nearly 15 years. My experience with Shweiki has been among the best...from the start. When we asked for our initial quote, Kendall (our account executive) promptly came back with pricing. Surprisingly, she also presented us with a second size option that could potentially save us thousands of dollars on each issue. We went with them largely based on this initial experience. Find another printer!!! Ive printed 4 issues of my magazine with this printer and the only one that came out correct was the first. The other three were late and Ive had two with major binding problems (pages falling out, staples not closed) and on the last two issues Ive had pages upside down. They are terrible at returning phone calls and even when I talked to the owner, he didnt seem all that concerned that he was about to lose my business. One issues they wanted to charge me a crazy amount of money just to move the magazines from the driveway to the garage. This final issue, they sent me an invoice one day before it was due and wouldnt budge on changing the due date. Two issues they shorted me magazines by 2000 copies. Run, Run fast, and find someone else. TERRIBLE!!!!

I absolutely love this company! I am constantly getting compliments about how great my magazines look and the quality of the printing. They do everything they can to make me look good and I truly appreciate it and I appreciate them. They believe in customer satisfaction. I left a larger printing company that was a little less expensive, but there was always a mistake in the printing. Since were not a multi-million dollar company they made sure I knew larger companies took president over me. Shweiki treats me as if Im their only customer and Im special. They want me to be successful and are constantly emailing me business suggestions to help me with my company. Since theyve gone above and beyond for me and my company, they have earned a customer for life!
