I ordered a notary stamp from this store and no one in the store at the time knew how to even order the stamp. I also asked the associates if I could just give my certificate for one of the employees so I didnt have to mail or email it off like the associate told me I would have to. Instead my whole order was messed up, I had to send over my receipt so it could be reprocessed. I was really excited when I got the call to pick up my stamp which quickly turned into disappointment and disgust when the product was presented to me and it was not what I ordered. It was the correct product number but the seal I ordered had the state seal on it and appeared to be a smaller sized stamp. The seal that I received was HUGE and did not have the state seal on it as ordered. My order was taken incorrectly twice and no compensation was offered for either of my bad experiences. I am never going back to this store and would highly encourage anyone looking to get ther office supplies from here to order them k line or from another company. If I could give this zero stars I would.

I was treated very nicely when I went in to buy a printer from a sales associate earlier in the day. I brought the product back to the store because it did not do what I needed it to do, I was treated very badly by the manager who did not seem to want to help me in the first place. I believe that person is in way above his head as far as managerial skills go. Customer service is always what keeps people coming back. Needless to say I will not return to th@t store. My money will be spent better somewhere else. Thanks....

I have learned that of Im going to buy labels from this store I have to check to package to make sure it hasnt been opened already. Ive purchased several label packs from them only to find out there were sheets missing. I suspect people buy, use one and return but the store doesnt check

Bad, inaccurate stock of products. Sales associates will try to take advantage of less knowledgable patrons and get them to buy last years technology. Extremely overpriced. Im glad this company is shutting down most of its locations because it should shut this one down as well.

Just went in to send 1 fax. Literally 1 piece of paper. Its been 20 minutes, theres 3 attendants in the service area 2 of which are chit chatting and laughing as I stand here still waiting. Absolutely terrible service I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Waited for someone to check me out. Employee in the floor asked someone to check out customers and still no help. So I left everything and went to Office Depot on 8th st and I was not only greeted by someone, but she showed me where everything I needed.

2 copy machines that dont work, wont copy from flash drive, so I need customer service just to make copies from my flash. But there is no customer service. Be prepared to wait, a very long time. I would go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service in the copy center. Recommended that I go to kinkos to design (even though they have a design desk) and then bring it back to them on a jump drive. The guy was just plain lazy.

Went in looking for magazine holders, couldnt find any suitable ones. But the staff found some used to hold notebooks. Absolutely above and beyond. The staff here is friendly and professional.
