Mike and Elio came to the rescue for us just a couple days before one of our big events. I had been working with another Alphagraphics location and things were not going well. There had been several errors in the proof process and I was not confident that our file would be printed correctly. Mike thoroughly reviewed the file and confirmed that everything was there for a smooth printing process. Then our job was immediately placed in the queue. They helped us make a tight turn time and did it all so graciously. Not only that, our items were delivered on time and printed perfectly. Mike and Elio both treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. The experience definitely stands out for me as one of my lifetime top ten best customer service experiences. I highly recommend the East 39th Ave Alpha Graphics location!

Elio is awesome. He responded to my quote request quickly and efficiently. I had a smaller print job for personal use and he took care of me like I had placed a very large (more expensive) order. The graphic designer, Mike, took what I had provided them and did a beautiful job. It was done quickly and the cost was exactly what was quoted to me. I decided to go to their location to pick my order up and Elio was extremely professional and very nice. We had a good little chat. Excellent experience, excellent customer service. These are people that care about their business and customers. Thank you Elio and Mike. If I ever need anymore mass printing done, this will be the only place I go to.

Elio has gone out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. We had addressing issues that caused the post office to send back a lot of our mailers as undeliverable. Elio made sure it was righted and re-sent without putting responsibility on me. Great customer service.
