I was coming in to get a price for some car advertising for my husband and to work a solution for my car. Literally said I was open to anything. The lady I spoke to there was incredibly unhelpful and I had to lead the conversation, which is hard to do when you are needing help selecting the best product. She didnt ask me anything about my business or my needs. She asked me nothing and our conversation was marred by frequent silences because I had no idea what to say next. I started to get frustrated because trying to get information from her was like pulling teeth. I felt more like she was a cashier at a grocery store than a knowledgeable salesperson. Even if I do work with this company, odds are very low Ill go to this location and lower still (read zero) that I will work with her. Also, the store was very dingy and everything was dirty.

Hi ALL I have been reading what has been going on Facebook and I agree with Mr "John Smith" and Brandon. They are very rude and give no communications. I didnt go to the Aurora one but I have used fastsigns before and the suck!!!! Take you money somewhere else like they said, and Brandon who is this Ryan guy putting you personal information out there for everyone to read? thats not cool!

I wish I knew their names - the woman in front who was the first and last customer service connection as well as the production manager - they were great, helpful, informative and dedicated to meeting my needs. Fastsigns is are amazing company, they are very friendly and experienced. I was able to get memorial stickers for my familys cars within 24 hours of approving the design. They ate a great company to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for making my familys loss a little bit better.

This team is amazing and super friendly. I work with David all the time to get signage made for my company. He is always very efficient in getting me a proof and then creating the actual sign. I have never had any issues with them. David always makes sure that my expectations are met. Thank you guys!

David over at this (they are all independent) FastSigns was rude and not helpful. I gave them a deadline and they totally blew it off with out any updates. When I asked for an update as soon as possible he laughed. There are plenty of other locations that want your business, bypass this location.
