First off I have to say these guys have amazing customer service and quality, I have been working in the print industry for over 15 years and am astounded at the low prices and high end material at broker prices. Martin Zamora my rep is kind and attentive and always delivers, they have a small company feel where you can get a change through the chain of production if need be on any issue quickly. This company goes out of their way to get a rush job done and has the best quality of printing Ive seen due the cost hands down. Plus they do multiple runs and short runs on labels broken up into multiples so I can get new products to market quickly. There is nothing bad I can think to say they go beyond the call of duty every time. I was in a rush again this week for labels and they delivered in truly "Lightning Like Speed".. We presented Lightning Labels with a very tall order and they presented us with some of the best customer service weve ever experienced. Our account rep Michaela met every unreasonable request with exceptional professionalism and care for us as clients. We received a beautiful final product in an incredibly timely manner and even when we realized wed forgotten to order one of our products, Michaela jumped right on the issue and got it solved for us immediately. There are few companies and even fewer employees that would go the extra mile that Lightning Labels and Michaela did for us and we couldnt possibly be more appreciative of the hard work and dedication on display. We have never dealt with a label printer with this level of commitment and care for their customers and I emphatically encourage anyone looking for a sterling customer experience with professional, high-quality production to use Lightning Labels.

Our company, Psoria-Gold Curcumin Gel & Skincare, has been working with Lightning labels for years. They are the only company who is able to produce flawless Matte labels with perfect color. We have worked with other companies before, and 5 times out of 10, we needed to send the labels back for correction. I do have to mention as well, their customer service is excellent. In the beginning, before they were able to take orders online, we worked with many account managers who not only knew the process of design and printing very well, they were willing to teach us the processes that improved our own design and the way we submit our artwork to ensure we never had any mistakes. Today, their customer service is still extremely personalized, and we continue to work with Kim, who makes you feel like you have an in-house design team. We are very happy with LL, and were happy to write this review.

We went to Lightning Labels for our custom labels. We enjoyed working with them and they were a great company to work with and provided us with free label samples. They’re efficient, produce a great product and are very knowledgeable about their design and labels. We shopped around for a bit but it wasnt easy finding a company that used state of the art technology and provided us with the customized product that we were looking for. We didnt want labels that looked like everyone elses. They provided us with a quick quote and we were able to make our decision right away. Our order arrived in 3 days and we were really pleased with the work they did. We would definitely go back to them again and recommend anyone lookign for custom labels.

The price is right, but the print quality is fair. Not bad for the $, but Ive had slightly better luck with other digital presses. Id be more likely to use them again if they were setup for true online ordering. Their web capabilities do not extend beyond online estimates. They make you fill out a spreadsheet with your order, e-mail/call in your payment info, etc. Its a bit of a hassle.

Very rude customer support from the printer/artwork specialist. Id been doing business with this company for over a year and will never do so again. My rep was wonderful but the back end person was completely rude and unprofessional. As a business owner, I would have to close my doors if I treated my customers (the folks who pay my bills) in this manner. Terribly disappointed!

My company has an account with Lightning Labels. We have a quote for those labels. I called to reorder the labels and was told I MUST talk to my Customer Service Rep, even though I was speaking to one. My Rep was unavailable so I had to either email him or leave a message. All I want to do is reorder labels. Labels should NOT be this difficult to order.

Been using them for years was great till this year when we placed our label order and the girl we worked with took over a month of emails and phone calls to figure our our order and she still messed it up... waiting now for a call back to see if we can correct this. Excellent till recently hopefully its just a bump in the road.
