Meeting Skye was such a pleasure and her customer service skills are outstanding. She sure knows her job...I knew I made the right choice the minute we began our conversation. I have a book being released on Tuesday and I had Allegra print my designer thank you cards and bookmarks...The colors are rich, and the paper quality, perfect, per Skyes’ recommendation. When I came to your printing store I had already paid another company to print my project but the finished product was horrible to do a number of reasons. I couldnt settle with that so I decided to bite-the-dust and not cry over spilt milk. I went online and chose Allegra because you were in Aurora...What a blessing!!! My finish product is amazing! This company was a delight to work with. Skye was my main point of contact and her customer service could not have been better. She was constantly available if I had a question and quick with a detailed reply. Samples of what I was getting printed were provided for review before the final copy was run. When changes needed to be made, more samples were provided to ensure that we were happy with what we would be paying for. The final product turned out to be exactly what I was looking for and having it personally delivered to my office was a nice touch. The price was unbeatable too, costing less than half of what I was quoted from other companies. I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable, high quality printing services.

Our practice has been working with Parker and Jeri at Allegra to have several pieces of marketing redone and we are extremely impressed. They did a great job designing our brochures and promptly made all changes we requested. They even gave us samples of the final product in different types of paper and card stock so we could know exactly what we were getting when we order more.
