CONSUMERS & BUSINESSES BEWARE!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. Worst customer service...EVER!!! Management and employees are VERY rude and do not care about taking care of their customers. This isnt one experience, both my wife and myself have had several interactions with this store in the last 3 weeks and weve gotten nothing but a runaround from their store management regarding a substantial credit. They promise to follow-up and they dont follow through with what they say. They dont even deserve a 1 star rating!!!

I needed a laptop, nothing fancy or expensive. Taylor lantzy helped me with everything I needed. His customer service was excellent and what he didnt know he asked a supervisor to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. The staff at office depot has always been very helpful every time that Ive been there. Thank you.

Every time Ive gotten something laminated there, its been a bad experience. Ive had a few posters messed up, an employee made fun of what I got laminated and once I had to wait a whole week for something they said would take less than 24 hours
