I was in dire need of some quick emergency services done from Ink Spot Printing of Williston North Dakota, but was refused service from the new owner. Back in of august of last year, I for some reason was brought up in a conflict online, that I was not aware of, that had lead to death threats and harassment. I was scared knowing that I and or my daughter could of potentially and seriously been hurt, and not to mention that my daughter was 8 years old at that time and still a child. The things that went through my mind where fearful, after screen capturing all of the conversations and messages about the issue so I can take it down to the police department. After getting everything ready and on a thumb drive, I decided that I would needed all of it printed out, to have on hand. I had given a call to the owner of ink spot printing and he told me that I had the wrong number and to get my stuff printed out at the library. I was deeply hurt by this, knowing that my daughter and I were in danger, and that he did not care. I told him that he was lying and that this was an emergency, and that I would be a paying customer. The business owner claims that he has never turned down a person for printing needs not to long ago, but this is a total lie, and I was turned down for service that could of lined his pocket, to help pay off the large debt tied to his name. The way I was turned down from the owner of Ink Spot, was devastating and hurtful. My life and my daughters life was in danger at that time, and was gonna pay him for the services needed done. This shows on his portion that he does not care about a potential customers safety, or the safety of a child mostly in that matter. I use to support his business, but I wont after he did not care about the lives of people, and mostly the life of a CHILD. According to owners response, a lot of it is false and fiction, I have records of text conversations between the owner and I, and would be willing to share if requested

Ink Spot did our wedding invitations, and did a spectacular job! They were extremely fast too! Placed the order and sent the file on a Thursday and received the package (shipped to Fargo) by the following Monday. Very happy with how they turned out. In short, Fast, friendly service, and reasonably priced too. Will definitely do business with them again! Thanks Josh!!

It was very time sensitive because I was working on a project that had to be completed by that afternoon. The service was outstanding. Dave the owner helpful and dependable.
