No one called me when cards were ready. When I called to check status only 50% complete with no explanation. Quality of the order is less than ideal. Ink coverage spotty. I would expect lack of care from an online printer but expected more from Minute Man. When I called to cancel remaining order, the response was "I believe those have already been plated" with zero attempt to ask about my concerns. I get that its just a small business card order but the little things still matter. Bummer. Would have loved to cheer for this local business.

These guys are AMAZING! Our company has had brochures and signs printed by them and they have always turned out beautifully and with a super quick turnaround. I called in the other day with an urgent last-minute job; even though they were swamped at the time, they went the extra mile and told me it would be ready for pick-up in 15 minutes. I dubbed them lifesavers to say the least. Customer service like this tends to be a rarity these days; the level of service and care they offer will keep me coming back!

Such an amazing and fast turnaround on our wedding invitations! We looked around at a few of the fancier places that were quoting over $5 per invite and these guys came through and blew that away, and they did it in 2 DAYS! Kerry was also extremely pleasant to work with and even did some of the graphics work to help us out. They took our custom design and recommended the right paper and envelopes. A one-stop shop with great service and extremely great pricing!

I spoke with "Dave" for almost a week trying to create an order I needed on a Monday, Friday he told me that he wouldnt be able to process and finish my order of one 36 x 18 poster until Monday. Completely wasted my time and opportunity to find another way to get what I needed complete. Lacking in costumer service and accountability, I will not be using this company again, I suggest you do the same.

I was in a last minute bind. Dave came through for me in under 2 hours and even helped me stuff the envelopes right there in the shop so I could make the overnight shipment. You dont see customer service like this much anymore. Its nice to feel like the priority, especially as a new customer. Theres no question Ill be calling them back when I need something.

I had Minuteman print obituaries I put together at home. Picked them up today and was nervous about how they would look since this is a very important part of a funeral service. When I opened my project they were amazing and loved the quality and look. Exceeded my expectations and I would definitely use again for printing services. Thank you

I just had business cards reprinted here because the margins were uneven and I just picked up my cards and the margins were uneven again. They simply look unprofessional and the woman who gave me the cards didnt offer a discount, or to reprint them and make it right. Dont print your stuff here - youll be disappointed.
