I brought 5 pictures (on paper), as well as some edited JPEGS to Minuteman about a week ago. I wanted to print them on quality paper, and have them done on professional equipment. My scanner at home wasnt quite large enough for the job, so we used theirs. It didnt create the same vivid color as my home scan did, so I decided to just use my edited JPEGs. They were exactly as I wanted them, as concerns dimensions, colors, etc. The job cost $14, and it was a very simple one. I was told that my finished 11x14s would be done "tomorrow afternoon". A week later, not having received any calls or communications from the shop, I went by and checked in. It was about a half-hour until closing time, and nobody there knew what had happened with my order, and they told me that somebody would contact me the next day. Fine. I didnt have any deadlines, and there wasnt any particular hurry. I waited. I waited some more. Then, I called them the next day. The manager apologized, and said shed forgotten all about me, but assured me that my order would be completed later in the day, and that theyd call as soon as it was done. I received no call. The NEXT day, I had to call them again and check on my order. The same person I spoke to told me she had called and left a message saying that my order was ready. I did not have any messages or missed calls. I looked at my invoice slip to double check and make sure I gave them all the correct contact info. I did. When I went in to pick up my order today, the quality was great. I was glad to have the finished product at last. I would rate their work excellent, but for one detail- they cropped my pictures, chopping out significant details along the border. The JPEGs I brought in were of personal artwork, and every detail was intentional. I was disappointed that nobody bothered to call and ask about altering my work. For all their politeness and manners, the staff at Minutemen simply did not do their job quickly, or with due care and respect. In the future, Ill invest in a quality printer and scanner for my home studio.

We use MinuteMan Press in Cedar Park for our business and I use them for personal printing and they have been great. Its a family business and they actually know me when I call and I dont have to deal with a voice mail maze to get a human on the phone. Price is great, service is great. Talk to Frank or Kathy!

They really seem to take their sweet time here. Each order Ive placed here has been incorrect. After disrespecting me the first time I was recently told my order couldnt be completed. Not impressed. Very unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend coming here for any of your business needs.
