Ice Cold Bunny

I went in for a countertop quote and no way would I ever buy from this place. As soon as I walked through the door this guy was looking at his cell phone, and didnt even look at me for about 3 minutes before he nonchalantly said, "can I help you" still looking at his phone! There was no one else in the store on a Saturday, now I know why. I almost walked out right then, but I at least wanted to see if they were competitive in price. I knew what I needed except I really wanted to see materials up close, but then this guy really insulted my intelligence by not listening to my measurements and then saying what I wanted is really expensive (like too expensive for you). I know he doesnt make much money working in that place, but he doesnt know me or what I do for a living. I decided right then, I would never buy from this place, despite the price, but since I was there, I gotta quote. What this guy called expensive lets me know hes not only in my class, but not even in the same school. One guy there was nice, but sometimes one jerk can ruin the whole experience. Needless to say, I went with someone else.

Had ridiculous experience. They took forever to call us back and slow played us. After 4 weeks, we finally got the guy to come out to measure... After 3 weeks of back and forth of configuration, the guy said he couldnt help us anymore and needed to give our money back. Crazy. Good luck jack. Found somewhere online and doing it myself...
