We hired CCC to do an investment home that we added on to. We could not be more disappointed with the outcome and experience we had with the company after we hired them. First, they required payment in full to do the project which I had not ever done ( I would normally not ever do this and would not ever again) but trusted they would supply us with a quality product and service as they had been referred to us. Second, the cabinets took 6 different visits to get the install done in a 1000 sq. ft addition that cost $17K. Third, none of the cabinets came undamaged or as expected. I am a designer and have worked with the same gentelman previously who is a one-man show who delivered much higher quality and thoughtfully designed cabinets for less money. I thought we were paying for walnut cabinets for the office and what we really paid for, was a cheap, incredibly thin veneer of walnut that upon install had scratches all over it because the finish is so cheap. They had to replace the desktop because it came dinged and I had to request it 5 times. Additionally, the kitchen cabinets were supposed to be an unfinished clear alder which is normally a beautiful wood. Clear alder is not pink, the cabinets were a thin cheap veneer with a pink tone, we had to stain them darker just to get them to look halfway decent. This was the biggest disappointment. The refrigerator and dishwasher panels were sized wrong the first time, the second time they were a different kind of wood and the third time the dishwasher panel was still too small so there is gap. We will have to live it because I was just over dealing with them...I think if you are spending $100K plus its possible they may give you more attention, care and quality into your cabinets...I was using them on this project to make sure they would do a good job and then hire them to do a $250K project, but they lost it on this one!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Our builder used this cabinet maker. Weve been in the home slightly more than a year. A piece of cabinet trim fell off of our cabinets near the ceiling. Builder warranty has expired and despite being constantly in our neighborhood as its being built out Creative Custom Cabinets will not repair. I would suggest using a company that can build cabinets that last longer than a year.

As a builder who has tried many different suppliers, I will tell you that you can do no better for custom cabinets. Wes is the guy to see as he has a lot of experience, so your job is measured, designed, manufactured, and installed(most importantly with their own in house crew) perfectly.
