Terrible customer service, rude attitude, dang near inedible messy sandwich. The woman making my sandwich acted incompetent, I had to repeat myself many many times. I have never given a bad review anywhere, but I need to say something here. For example, the subway I usually go to is wonderful. Great customer service and consistently great food. Today at this location, the sandwich tasted weird, the bread had an old stale taste to it and to top it off, when it came out of the toaster I saw a black hair looking thing on it. When I asked her to remove it, she said "oh its a piece of the tray. I was gonna ask if you wanted me to take that off".... I cannot believe the words I heard out of that womans mouth.... No please, I want a strip of black plastic in my sandwich. Woooow. And that wasnt the only thing she did that was extremely questionable. I will NEVER go back to this location. EVER.

Went in today as I usually do. When I walked in I was greeted rudely. The employee had a very fake attitude of sickly politeness. As it was slow she explained it being slow by telling me some long story about just taking over the store and trying to change things. It was filthy behind the counter and in the lobby. Ive been going to this subway for over a several months and it has never looked so filthy. If this is the new manager then the store has taken a turn for the worse by losing the old one. I go in for food I dont need some story about whats going on with your day. I want my food from someone who isnt disgustingly made up with fake eyebrows and a fake attitude. Will not be returning ever again. Filing a complaint with the health department.

Its Subway, I mean, you know what youre getting into. The staff at this location have always been really nice. They also fixed the water button on their soda machine so you can get water, which is nice. The bummer part is that this location USED to do 1/2 off cookies on Tuesdays, they stopped that because they hate puppies and everything good in the world. I shed 1 tear the day I went in to get my cheap cookies and they informed me of their strict new "full price everyday cookie policy".

My girlfriend was sick so she came into the restroom with me so I could hold her hair so it did not get in the toilet or something and they knocked on the door and demanded I come out and told me if I ever came back they would call the police. They didnt ask what I was doing or for any kind of explanation they just told me never to come back. I feel very disrespected by the experience and will surely not be going there again

First time going to this location and as soon as I walked in only one worker was serving while the guy was pretending to be busy. He was in the back just waisting time wile the line got bigger and was asked by the other employee to help and he wasnt willing to help. The vegetables were all over the place, in organized and no bread during rush hours. I would rather go to a different location even though is farther

Everytime I come thru the drive thru they screw up my sandwich they need to listen better all I wanted was some dressing and onions on my steak and cheese sandwich not lettuce and a burnt sandwich. And the two times I was in there they never even noticed me ...how hard is it too say welcome in be right with you, I dont know how this place is still running

Not happy, rude employees never have all the vegetables. When bread is toasted it is burnt! No air conditioning and we had a coupon for 2 6" subs they had to call the manager whom in return had to call the owner? Then they tried to give us our food without a bag. I am so confused here I will not be coming back until a sign says under new management!

Neither worker would listen to my 10yr old son when he was ordering. They made me repeat everything he said. They made both our sandwiches how THEY wanted and not what we asked for. Drin cooler 3/4 empty, soda station completely filthy with liquids and trash piling up. Im surprised honestly that a health inspector hasnt shut them down.

They took all the necessary precautions to make a gluten free sandwich for my 9 year old who has Celiac Disease. She was able to eat a tasty sandwich for the first time in over 4 years, it made my day and hers. It might seem like a little thing but it was big to us, thank you!

I would leave zero stars if I could. Horrible mess in the lobby. Filthy behind the counter, flies buzzing all around the food. Rude employees who have no idea what they are doing. It took 30 minutes to wait on 3 people. Not a single one washed their hands. Never go back.

Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes. Finally my turn. Told to come inside and hed help me. Get inside and have to wait in line again! Out of bread I want, had to repeat order over and over, kids sandwich is about 2" long.... Just the worst.
