If they mess up your car do not expect them to pay for it. They will look for any reason not to replace even oem parts no matter the cost and do not expect them to show you the video of you car going through the wash. The had denied me that even though I asked twice they said the part just flew off. I felt when is came off, it was when the wipers were slapping at my bumper and the end cap broke off. They will not fix it and the part only cost 80 dollars. I know it didnt just blow off but the will not show you proof and will stop replying to your emails if you ask for it.

My car was scratched down both sides of the car with scratches into the paint about half an inch to two inches long. The car is new, and there were no scratches on the sides of the car till going through this wash. I reported it right away, took pictures myself as well as the employee who was there. After meeting with the manager Zed, he tried to say the damage wasnt from his wash and that I should contact my insurance. If you value your car, dont go here!

I bought a used car on craigslist and took it here to be cleaned. It went from dingy to shiny in one wash, and helped me to see the car was much nicer looking than I was lead to believe after the owner had driven it down from Tacoma.

The worker told me the wash was just as long as the orher Kaady washes (cost is the same) . I asked him how ling and he said three minutes. I timed it and it was 45 seconds! He lied.

Staff is consistently mouthy, rude, and will not supply wipes unless asked. The wash itself is lousy.
