Ive gone to this car wash before, because it is near my home. And the experiences there have always been pretty crummy. Then, they recently upped the wash price from $5 to $7. Today, I took my SUV in after a 400 mile trip and a collection of bugs on the front end, mirrors, and windshield. I pointed out the bugs to the main worker and he nodded as if he understood my point. After the two workers did their standard 10 second brushing, of which 9.5 seconds was directed to the car windows, my car went on its trip through the automated portion. After I exited, I got out to see how successful the wash was. Not successful at all. I think that their "work" and the automated portion got about 75% of the bugs. So, I drove around to the entrance again. And I was "greeted" by the main worker again, with a "Whats the problem?" in a fairly snotty tone. I pointed out the remaining bugs, to which he responded, "Yeah, well you had a lot of bugs." I pointed out that I had paid to have the bugs removed, and that they did an incomplete job. He said, "Yeah, well you had a lot of bugs." I guess that must be what their boss told them to respond, and dont worry about customer satisfaction. Again, the two "workers" did their 10 second brushing, again spending all their efforts on the windows and forgetting about the bugs on the front end and mirrors. Dont waste you time and $7 at this lousy car wash. Youll get a crappy job and some frustration.

Not only is this car wash a complete waste of money but it is poorly managed. My first car was I go and and do the clean & wax. Trusting that my car is clean and looking good I go over to the rite aid next door. As I get out of the car I see that part of my back bumper is pulled out. I am right out disgusted &I angry with this so I head over to show the employees. He pushes back the bumper and immediately blames it in the car mechanic who had done work on my car. I ask to speak to the supervisor. Supervisor arrives and says the exact same thing. Doesnt apologize. Doesnt do anything. This so called manager is completely rude & unprofessional. My car wasnt even clean. There were dirty spots still in my car. Worst place to spend 8 dollars. Come to find out from the business next door the cops are constantly called on this Ramon guy. If I could give negative stars I definitely would. I will never go to their car washes again.

Horrible customer service. Been using them off and on since 1998 when I dont have the time to wash my truck myself. Halfway through a wash this afternoon, the machine at the Scholls Ferry Tigard location had mechanical problems. I get it that machines break however after 20 plus minutes of staff trying to troubleshoot the car wash I kindly asked for a rain check or refund. I was told that they cant give refunds... Apparently paying for the service and actually getting it isnt part of the owners business model. Another 10 minutes of armwrestling and I drove off with a rain check. A simple upgrade or extra wash coupon would have gone a ways toward the inconvenience and 30 minutes I lost this afternoon but apparently thats asking way too much. Not only have you lost a long term customer but Ill be passing the word on to everyone I know.

I booked the full service for my Ford Focus. During the washing process my car got some weird black stains on the hub. I had to ask an employee to remove them individually. His response were they cant get removed. So I had to show him that they were removeabel with my fingers. He finally was willing to use a towel to clean up the stain. he cleans just the one which I pointed on. I had the patience for 3 than I was to annoyed to continue. On my way home I saw that the didnt vacuum any corner of the car. Just the seats. Most upsetting is the horrible smell of air freshener. Which I repeatedly mentioned not to use!!! What a waste of my money!!!

Terrible car wash. They broke down again yesterday while I was the next in line. This is the third time in 6 months that something has gone wrong at this location. Its either the car wash itself or the cash register and no one who works there can trouble shoot or fix either. They ignored the customers who were trying to back out of the line because everything was shut down and I heard loud banging sounds while waiting for them to do something. Im now taking my car to the dealership because I think those sounds were the track doing damage to my car.

A year ago I got my car waxed here and was satisfied. I went again last week to get the full "The Works" done which is supposed to include the car wash, wax and rain-x. I handed him my money and usually the worker would go back in to his room to change the settings so that the automated machine would use wax and rain-x but he didnt. My intuition was telling me something was missing. Then, I came home and noticed it wasnt even waxed. I got gypped so I decided to come on here to tell everyone to AVOID THIS CAR WASH.

What a terrible experience. First the two men helping me were rude, then talked about me with each other as if I wasnt there. Before the car wash started one of them turned to me and goes, "You didnt give me the money." "Well, you didnt ask," I snapped back. More importantly, though, the car wash itself was just not up to snuff. Didnt get much off in the way of some bird accidents and left the windows streaky. $10 down the drain.

In from out o town and this place is ridiculous! Just drove put to vacuum my car. First the change machine shorted me a quarter, then the vaccine could have been designed worse! Open you car too far and you crack into a concrete wall. Then, your vacuum really only reaches one side of your car. No I am not chancing my car inside the wash. No way!!!

Quick/Easy/Affordable Ive noticed that a lot of people on here who are complaining about the service are probably the same people taking advantage of an already inexpensive service. I have never had any issues with the car wash or the workers. I always get the $10 & tip the guys. Better then a $200 bill from a detailer

They have now joined the fad of taping down back window wipers. You go through the car wash and then remove the tape, leaving behind an obvious strip of dirt. Also a bit lazy prewashing. They never even touched the back of my car (other than to put the tape on).

Average car wash. Their machine wash is good and pretty quick. No additional services - other than coin vacuums. I recommend that you check your car at the end of the wash - if bugs or dirt remain, go back to the start and get them to re-wash it.

This is a great and quick car wash the people there treat you nice, overall clean your car and have it looking nice. The thing I like the most is how unexpensive the car wash is. I usually give a nice $5 tip for a job well done
