I happened to use this company to wash my company van today. I was excited about this place since it is made for Work Vehicles. You can wash a work van with a ladder rack, etc. As the workers were pre-soaking the van they folded in my mirrors as a normal wash would and I entered the Car Wash. Half way through one of the brushes caught my mirror proceeded to slam it the opposite way that it folds in, breaking the actual mirror. When I exited the wash I told the attendant (who had a queer snicker) what had taken place and he had me fill out a complaint form. I was told the owner (Jim Spivak) would give me a call. To my surprise I received a call from Jim within 30 minutes. I kindly proceeded to tell Jim what had taken place and he answered back as follows: "Well, theres two ways we can go about this. First, you can "Stick it!" or Second, you can make a claim on your own insurance." Quite the business man eh? Its amazing people think they can act this way during an economy like this. Jim if you read this you should know I belong to multiple networking groups and the Home Builders and Remodelers Association, the bulk of your business. Ill be sure to pass on your business ethics to all that I possibly can, every chance I can possibly get.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The motorized track got jammed in my cars undercarriage wrecking my drivers side panel and making it impossible to open my door. A tow truck had to be called in to pull me off the track. Both employees were utterly unhelpful and unequipped to fix anything (neither knew how to reverse the track! The tow truck guy had to figure it out). This place is dangerous and run by idiots.

I made a mistake of getting Costco deal for Washman Carwash. This is the third time I went to this location and my experience is same all the time. The car does not come out clean at all. Once washed you can still see dirt left on many places. I agree with the review below :They should be shut down by the city. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING THERE. Better use KADDY CAR WASH.

They are scammers. Put money into the vacuums and while they turn on, they dont have enough power to even pick up loose dirt. They should be shut down by the city.

One of the few washes in town that can accommodate taller vehicles. To those lifted sprinter conversion vans, this is your new jam.
