FAIR WARNING They put a huge scratch on the back of my windshield and when I asked for the owner Jim Taylor he started looking at it and was trying to convince himself that it didnt happen at his car wash. He was making all types of excuses and said he would give me a free car wash. Last thing I want is a free wash when they broke my floor mat and did a poor job at cleaning the inside. I paid for the $38 premium interior and exterior. He walked into the office and told the clerk to refund me while in front of the customers said "just give him the money so we can get ride of him" so I said "is this how you treat customers that you damaged there vehicles. If you value your vehicle dont go here because the owner is dishonest. There are a bunch of kids working there.

Had previously given this business a 5 star review for their very nice employees but I got very disappointed by my last experience .This specific week day I rushed off work, drove all the way and arrived at 5:45pm, I had previously check the hours before driving there and therefore knew they close at 6 pm but as nobody was there I checked with an employee who told me they were closed for the day. I would have understood if there was a line in front of me and I would have been told that they want to finish the other cars and then will close and therefore I was too late but I made sure to rush off work and drove about 15 mins to get their service as I have always liked the place. Besides no other car was there. Sad to say but not sure I will come back :/

It is a hot busy day, with a fair amount of traffic. I am currently fourth back in the line and have been waiting for 25 minutes but cant escape without asking all the cars behind me to back up into separate lines. Meanwhile, there are two employees wandering around staring at things when they could be asking people what wash they want and let them get inside to the air-conditioned area. Most of the people doing the vacuuming and such look like theyre working in slow motion. I presume it is a good car wash once you get to it, but this place is begging for some decent management and common sense customer service.

The first time I visited this car wash I couldnt believe that they actually vacuumed the inside of my car before washing the outside - havent seen this since I was a kid (about forty years ago...!). Attendants actually make sure to get all of the heavy dirt pre-washed before putting it through the automatic wash. When your car appears, more attendants actually hand-dry the essential areas! All of this for about $10.00. I dont actually live in Vancouver, but I always make a point to visit the Hazel Dell Car Wash when I am in the area.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! I called to make an appointment and the guy told me my appointment was Thursday March 2. Im super lucky that I called before driving from south portland to Vancouver because the lady I talked to stated my appointment was the next Thursday (March 9) and there was nothing I could do about it. I am moving next week and wont be here anymore. She was extremely unprofessional and didnt do anything to help me out. Dont go here! They dont care!

Normally they do a good job, however very disappointed today. They only cleaned top of dash, didnt do console or bother removing and cleaning backseat mat though I paid extra for that. Then didnt bother cleaning the back either of my truck. I had to finish what they didnt do when I got home including redo windows. For as long as I waited ( an hour ) it wasnt worth my time. I dont think I will be going back.

What a car wash should be. We need more if this type of service in the world. They done just pull you through a washbox like a heard of cows, the hand brush the car and spray any excessively dirty areas with solevant, then you come out the other side to a TOWEL DRY!! A pull through car wash thats not so pull through its more. I usially get the full service which includes vacuum aswell!

I owe a huge thank you to the guys and girls who helped me fix up the inside and outside of my vehicle...it was in pretty ugly shape after a long time of not washing it, so their elbow grease was hugely appreciated! They were extremely thorough, and Id highly recommend "The Works" carwash for just a hair over $20

Great to ar wash, not the cheapest, but Plenty of price options cause they have a full service wash and detail available... Budget wash is good.. Full service is best value... They do it all for you while you wait... Inside and out! Take care of your car... Go get it washed!

I really like this car wash. Its a little pricier than others in the area but they towel-dry your car at the end, which is a must for those of us driving black vehicles. Hard water spots are the worst, but I always leave here clean and sparkly.

I took my car in for a detail at their Finish Line Auto Detail shop. They not only did the typical things a detail should do, they removed some stains from the interior that I didnt think would be possible. The inside of my car looks like new!

Horrible place they ran my car through with the window down. My carpet is wet and so is my passenger seat. All they did was run a towel over it and sent me on my way. Never coming back and you shouldnt either. Go to shine in no time instead.

Super friendly staff! They are very efficient and always check to see if you are happy with the results. If you have your puppers with you they are always welcome to wait with you inside the business while your car is completed.

This car wash has everything! They do an awesome job at cleaning and their customer service inside the store is great! Makes the customer feel very welcome and comfortable, ensuring they have anything someone might want.

If you pay for a "car wash", your car should come out clean. Unfortunately, if you want it clean you have to wipe it down yourself. They should charge only 70%, because thats about the car wash you get.

Very good car wash spend is about 15 bucks for a full Car Wash and a tip they do a good job the machines are well-maintained I dont worry about my car being injured going through it.
