I just recently moved to Vancouver and havent been to a Kaady car wash in years... I have always just driven up to car wash gave them my money and off i went...i did not realize that you had to stop off at this little shack for them to collect money and then move toward car wash...the young tall red headed kid that approached me acted like i commited a felony while the shorter dark hair kid just said " no problem, Ill take your money for you here and what wash did you want"... I was embarrassed and did not appreciate the young red haired kids reaction... I made a mistake and did not need to be treated like that.. I wish i had gotten their names...

I broight my 2004 car on for a wash and my passenger side mirror fell off. I fully expected it to be my problem but the attendant told me to file a report anyway. Within a day the manager contacted me and said that after reviewing the tape of the wash there appeared to be no fault with the machine. He then told me that as a courtesy they would pay for it anyway and I should submit an estimate from a place of my choosing and they would send the check. I was completely suprised that they paid for it, and very appreciative that they did. I continue to bring my car in for a wash on a regular basis.

The only place safe for you car! It is the only place that has not scratched my car and their prices are reasonable. I accidently took my car to the place right now the street from her (Shine in no time) thinking it was Kaady. At "Shine in no time" my car got all scratched up and something was knocked off too --- AND the car was still dirty. Kaady is the only place my car has been safe in an automated wash.

Easy breezy. Got the four pack of premium for $30. Quick drive through and very effective for a drive through (and theyre never perfect) The later afternoon time was slower so plenty of vacuum space available but I prefer a little more than 10 minutes to get a good interior vacuum... and at this point I only do touch up vacuuming.

The car wash itself is fine but they do a horrible job maintaining the vacuum cleaners at this location. They raise the price and yet dont have enough vacuum stations and the last 5 times Ive been here, 2-3 of the stations had disconnected hoses or hoses without suction. I havent had these issues at any of the other Kaady locations.

Excellent customer service every time I drive-thru. The car wash itself does a great job seems to be a real advanced Car Wash system. I do enjoy the free vacuum with the car wash thats a nice Added Touch. Their prices are pretty decent. And its near my house so thats a plus. Keep up the great work

Tried taking my Subaru there, they refused service because I have a bike rack on my roof. I told them that Ive had my car washed and numerous different places without it causing a problem. They says it damages their equipment but I call bullshit. Ill take my business somewhere else.

I never pay someone else to wash my car however this is the best automated service for $10 bucks. Made my truck shine for weeks! Convenient and quick! Only complaint is that you cant have anything in the bed of your truck however they were nice enough to clean it out for me!

Make sure that you wash your tires, and your windows, the backs of the mirrors, and any hard-to-reach places on your vehicle before you pay money to go through Kaady Car wash. Otherwise the car wash scrubbers will not touch these areas of your vehicle.

Things were WAY too pricey. $8 for a car wash. And the vacuum was too weak. I have been to car washes that were less than half this price. I am very disappointed. I am not going to be coming here again.
