Horrible customer service. Refused to wash car the first time. Made three people back up in order for me to get out. The second time refused to brush the car off, side note card worked. Crack in windshield was worried about safety where was the safety when I had to leave the first time. Called me guy and was extremely disrespectful. Am contacting BBB. I did find out he is the owner. Someone can make some real money by opening a car wash across the street and have great customer service. I try to support our small business owners but this owner needs a life lesson on customer service.

Cady service is sub-par. The automated system is as good as you can expect with any car wash. One of the workers really looked like he didnt want to be there or maybe the brush was just too heavy for him. He only got the back window. Missed everything else in the back. The other two worker did well on the sides and front. They typically forget to wash your rims. The automated system almost never gets them either.

Worst customer service ever buy the owner of this car wash I will never drive my car through his wash again maybe he should work on his customer service skills
