Bring your card, they dont accept cash for vacuum and wash. Quarters only for vending machines with things like shammies. Having said that, it is super cheap to wash your own car. There are all the settings you need to wash it too; foaming brush, wax, etc. I washed my filthy car (with some heavy elbow grease) for $7. $2 for the first four minutes, and a press of a button adds 2 min for $1.

Just moved here to PDX seems like these coin operate car wash stations are hard to find here. Astro is pretty clean and with pretty new equipment, powerful rinse and soap brush had good amount the soap (maybe its Thur morning). Went to the one over by Beaverton (next to Don Pedro) was a joke $5.00 to do a self-wash and old equipment. Will be back when I am in the area.

This is one of those places where you have to put quarters in to get the thing to run. The machine skips about 45 to 50% of the quarters you put in. I put in 12 quarters and it thought Id only put in 5 and wouldnt even start because 8 is the minimum to operate. I put in eight more and it recorded five of those. So I got a $2.50 car wash for $5.

A lot of negative reviews here had me a little worried - but it was adequate for a basic car wash that i needed - and crowded on sunday afternoon. The vacuum worked - its about medium strength - would prefer stronger suction - but it was adequate. The spray was strong and soap worked well. It seemed to work only on credit cards.

It was okay I liked it very much. The Stalls were clean and they give you enough time to do your car but I have a small car anyway so it didnt take me long to really watch it. I know some people dont like the idea of not having change to use but Im one of those card users I dont like carrying change.

The toothless troll working tonight kept me from washing my car by standing in the stall. She was "saving it" for someone still getting their gas. Washed and filled my car here every few days for months. Never again.
