WORST customer service I had EVER experienced!! The car wash left a 2ft. wide scratches from the top corner of the hood , all the way to the wheel and additional scratches next to it. I told the Manager Samantha that I wanted the damages reported. When I got the copy of the report, I had realized Samantha had wrote my information completely wrong. She gave me an attitude when I politely asked for her for another report with the correct information. (Samantha still managed to make errors) Also, a maintenance worker was telling me how the damages werent going to be covered and that corporate wasnt going to do anything. It was a Nightmare! Even after speaking to the owner Monique. I was explaining to Monique what happened and how Samantha was behaving and Monique didnt even seem to care. Monique kept telling me to talk to corporate and that she couldnt do anything about it. Monique didnt seem to care how her staff was behaving. The staff members and Samantha went around giggling and laughing to each other about how I was wasting my time. Im really upset and disappointed the way the staff ,ESPECIALLY the manager and owner Samantha and Monique , had handled the situation!!! COMPLETELY unprofessional.

Usually a decent wash, and good service. Today was different, it was very busy and already a long queue formed. I wasnt on a time crunch and was happy to wait, until I was ~5th in line and a younger female employee walks out and starts shouting at the male employee who from what I could tell was doing a great job and putting in great effort to give good service and lessen everyones wait times. He was legitimately sprinting back and forth getting peoples request and payment, she comes out and yells at home about being short staffed, and how she could be expected to deal with it, the lady standing in the covered, shaded area was telling at her co-worker who was giving it his all sprinting back and forth in 85° heat, just trying to make as big of a scene as possible, 10+ would be customers in ear shot. I dont put her behavior on the company, but I had chose to leave the queue due to it, which I did have problem with. The way the lot is setup and laid out, it was pretty difficult to turn around and had to wait for the queue to move and was forced to squeeze between others at their discretion.

This place/so called business deserves NO STARS at all they have the very worst customer service ever they just dont care about their customers at all. they will purposely write down your wrong information on the damage report and will tell you that the corporate WILL NOT be doing anything regarding your complaint/damage. my daughters minor scratches to her car when she went through the car wash is really not a big deal but I am just so shocked and disappointed of how these people treat their customers very poorly. Ive never had any issues with my own vehicles but after what happened to my daughters car and hearing about others bad experiences about this place I will not be coming to this car wash ever again. good customer service is a must and corporate need to spend more money and time on getting their workers on some proper training on how treat customers... as this place was closing they just watched a homeless person climbing all up and shaking the vacuum machines looking for change.

This place is a joke there is a manager there by the name of the Monique and if she is working turn around and leave. She doesnt even perform the basic procedures that eco-carwash requires of their employees she was very rude as well as took it upon herself to deny me a pen and a piece of paper so I could write down what phone number she was trying to tell me. This place gets zero stars I will never be using an eco-carwash ever again due to the service that they perform today. I did call corporate and corporate handled it as if they get this type of call all the time if thats states anything about how this businesses run do not do business with them. I wasnt even offered an apology from corporate for the services that Monique so generously provided me nor did they offer any type of compensation i.e. a free car wash. In this day and age we should be washing our cars at home eco-car wash is worthless and will do nothing for your car or your day for that matter.

I had a coupon through the Chinook Book app that I wanted to try out; it was good for a free Eco Wash (their basic, $7 wash) and man, it was pretty decent. If your car just needs a quick rinse off and you dont want to do it yourself or pay a lot of money for it, then this is an awesome place to go. Our car looked nice when it came out and we even got a complimentary dash wipe to spruce up the inside a bit. The car goes through really quickly, too, so it wont eat up much of your day or your money!

Today 3-31-16 at Eco car wash on 82nd I had the worst customer service ever, the Lady that work there sprayed me in the face with some solution that goes on the windshield and she was very disrespectful not wanting to say sorry and then she didnt even finish spraying the car, my eyes are still red burning from that solution, i called them no one picked up the phone, I really didnt know what to do, I hope everyone see this and will go wash the car somewhere else.

Fast and easy. Pay. Drive through. Come out with a clean car. If you need to tidy up the interior of your vehicle, they have powerful vacuums available. Much easier than lugging your upright outdoors and finding out that your cord isnt long enough or that you need a certain attachment. Be leary of the vending machines offering packets of cleaning products. One of them took my money twice (two separate occasions) without giving me anything in return.

I have not had a real good experience on multiple occasions. In fact I went to vacuum my car and hour b4 close and no hoses but didnt realize until I had gotten car ready and went to pay. Employee didnt even say anything when he walked by several times. Another occasion Went through car wash and car looked just as dirty as when I went in.

First time here was today and it was just what I was looking for! My forester hasnt seen a car wash in way too long.. oops! With the cheapest wash it came out looking brand new! Favorite part is the free vacuums. My dogs fur was out of control, but the vacuums worked great! Fast and easy service :)

Great vacs and the car wash is thorough. Unfortunately their car wash leaves water spots all over the car. It takes longer to clean up after their wash job than it would take to just wash it myself. They need a spot free rinse and more time under the dryers.

Was a little fast. Would like time to get all the highway bugs off. Keep up with the under car wash. Thats why I quit going to one closer to my house it broke and the never fixed it. People are great.

Giving this place 4 stars because they offer free car vacumes and the wash does a pretty good job. The only complaint that I have is that the vacumes are frequently clogged and not working.
