Took my full size pickup truck. Asked attendant how well pickup trucks were washed. He assured me that pickup trucks were washed well. I then asked about the hand dry and asked if they dried the entire vehicle to which he assured me that they did as you exited the wash. The turn was very tight, and the wash was quick. It ended up pushing in my folding mirrors which is okay I guess. Upon exiting the guys with the towels dried only what they could easily reach in 15 seconds. Overall, it was a waste of ten dollars. There were many spots that were missed and showed a dirty film. Additionally, the tire shine application left weird streaks on my tires.

I am OCD about getting my car clean. I agree that when they run it thru the wash the blower does a really poor job but what carwash doesnt? I get the $15. wash and towel dry and have always been happy. Go early in the summer if you dont the wait to get your car toweled dried takes to long sometime and the it spots which they never get all of it. This OCD guy is VERY happy with this place, just wish they were quicker and better on Customer Service at the end.

This was such a bad experience. Came in and got a #6. After the car wash I was guided to a lane that was actually meant for car detailing #7- #12. This wasnt the right lane. After a 50 minute wait I approached an employee who explained that to me but didnt do much about it. I had to go get a manager in order to get helped out. After my car was "cleaned" I found that the work done to the interior was rushed and not well done. Horrible customer experience.

The actual car wash machine does a terrible job as your car moves through the tunnel way too fast. I have purchased the $10 wash twice now and each time I have had to go through the wash TWICE because my car is still dirty. I have not gotten the car hand washed and I definitely think that would be better but I wouldnt recommend this place for a fast machined car wash.

first time using a carwash/detail place for $119. I got a clean car with sap and sticker glue still on,, the inside was really wet and still dirty, dash was streaked from not doing a good job. front dash window dirty in middle, and they had to track down my keys. Had to go home and detail my own car. At 58 I am still learning. I should have checked the reviews

Place is terrible. I am here on a busy day and there is no one directing you where to go. People are cutting in front of others since there is no one directing customers. I get that its busy but there should be a better system of I am going to pay $20. Very dissatisfied. I will be going to Purdys from now on. Terrible!!!

There was no direction where to go, when comming out of the wash. finally after asking, i was directed to an island that had been closed, putting me in front of others who were there before me! Very uncomfortable because im sure others were angry, i would have been too! Other than that, they did a good job.

I have washed my car here for many years, the other day I thought that maybe they scuffed the door a little, maybe it was my fault. They jumped right on it and buffed it out for me, love the service, and they are one of the best priced in town. Definitely recommend trying them out.

Dont really do good job cleaning my truck.....always have to direct them to vacuum. ...really?...didnt I pay extra for that service...plus they throw out parts for my jack....um...is the cover and nut and bolt for the jack....trash ?....No ...common sense ...they have none.

Got the 20 dollar inside and out wash, horrible job, dirt still in the door jams, dirt still on the carpets, dirt still on the dash and top it off dirt still on the exterior. First time taking my vehicle here, last time as well.

This place an a full service car wash from your basic quick wash to the 20.00 wash inside and quick detail inside and also a full detail. Every beach trip includes a stop by washman for a great wash inside and out.

Best deal, for around $20. You get a car wash , wax, and hand dry. Also vacumed, wipe down and best of all they wash inside windows. Even doorjam are wiped clean. Car looks new when done.

Best price for carwash in Portland Vancouver area period. Buy their tickets and use when necessary. Just very pleased and best value for keeping a Mercedes and VW Passat kept shiny.

I showed up twenty minutes before closing. The sign said open and all the lights were on but all the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. Really disappointing.

Always had good washes here...I really like getting a book of washes for the discounted price. By the the time you try doing it yourself, its totally worth the price!

$7 for a basic clean, didnt do a real good job, I had to touch it up when I got home to get a few stubborn things off.
