Curtis , We addressed this issue with your Groupon email. Your intentions are in question why you are posting untrue mean spirited comments on every site the salon is on. Your wife Amanda asked for an all over color that was not in the "Groupon deal". As per Groupon additional charges may apply if it is not the "deal". Amanda was okay with paying the $25.00 and loved her hair when she left the salon. You were not present at the appointment. We are requesting that you have no further contact with the salon, as we are seeing a pattern of harassment.

I have decided to write a review after reviewing the others. WOW, I have had nothing but great experiences. On time, professional, charges me a fair price, does an amazing job on my hair, great conversation and fast! I do not know what else I can say. The location was a little hard for me to find. I used a groupon because I was searching for a great hair stylist that heard me. I have found it in Julie!

Very Disappointed!! Bought a groupon for Eyelash extensions because I read the great reviews. But worst cutomer service.!! (Im from Chicago, I know bad customer service!)They communicate via text and then send a link that was not working. After I reached out to Michaela, she pretty much told me they are to busy to make appointments via pvone. Seriously!! Ill go somewhere else. Contacted Groupon to cancel.

Worst hair coloring job Ive ever had. I asked for dark red ombre and end up dark brown, no ombre, flat color and a bad cut on top of it. Many tears and a lot of money to get it fixed. I shaved it off instead.

Micaela made me feel very comfortable, this was my 1st time I had my eyelashes tinted. I did this in preparation for lash extensions on Thursday. I like the results but, cant wait for my lashes.
