Friday I went and saw Danielle Larson, who is a past acquaintance at this salon. I was there 4 hours, longest appt Ive ever sat through! She basically butchered my hair. Ive never been upset after a hair cut or color knowing it can be fixed. Before she started blow drying I had asked how she wanted me to pay. She said cash or card. I asked if she paid fees on cards because I know I do with my business. She said yes but theyre no big deal, shed just invoice me because its q lower fee. I asked if shed like a check instead and she said they charge higher fees dealing with checks so card or cash was fine. At the end she blew dried my hair and didnt even style me, I assume because her friend who was her 1 oclock appt walked in. I told her I was going to my car to get my wallet. She immediately ran off 2 buildings down to smoke.. So, I walked up to her while she was smoking, with my wallet I said, soooo did you want to invoice me then? Since she was letting me stand there awkwardly now. She said shed invoice me. I gave her a pair of leggings from my business as a gift, and a tip was to follow on my square invoice. (If youre not familiar with square there is an option to accept tips when invoicing) She said yes so I pmed her my email. 5 hours later she finally invoiced me. About 6pm when I finally had time to straighten my own hair after this appointment that went from 9am to 1pm I noticed how jacked up it is. Pieces longer than others, puppy dog ears, the worst hair cut Ive ever received. I sent her pics and said we need to get this fixed. She laughed and said "dammit I usually do a second check after Ive styled the hair." (Again, she didnt style me so she didnt know until I sent her the pics) I never asked her to NOT finish my hair and I was quite appalled that she didnt. I asked her to blow it out with a round brush like stylist usually do, exactly like the gal next to her was doing. In that reply to me and several since she keeps harassing me to pay my invoice and now has already unfriended me via fb (OH NO!) I do plan to pay her, she spent her time and product on me, but Im inclined to pay half now and half when she fixes it because fixing it and providing good customer service to me is the least of her worries. She has never once asked when she can get me back in to fix it. I deal with customer service everyday and have my entire work life. This is not how I like or expect to be treated! I went in saturday morning to speak with her, to attempt to pay her and to get my hair fixed, this was after her sending me a threatening fb message. She would not look at me nor would she speak to me. I went in there very professionally and told her Id like to speak with her privately not in front of coworkers or clients. This was between her and I. Her coworker told Danielle that shed handle it and was bullying me to leave. Raising her voice in front of customers. I went in very professionally as to not make a scene and this coworker was getting loud with me. Said shed call the cops. I told her Id love for her to call the cops because then theyd MAKE her talk to me, and then I could get on the books to get my hair fixed, and I could pay her for her services. She kept yelling for me to leave, so I did, and told Danielle if shed like to be paid she needed to speak with me about this situation. She is trying to play the victim. She is not owning up to the bad hair cut. She keeps saying (on her fb) that Im ONLY upset about one missed hair piece. NO. I am upset at her lack of customer service! She needs to own up to her bad hair cut and fix it. Also, she shouldve taken my payment then and there, it was her choice not to take payment. Good thing she did invoice me because it was not worth what she charged. Danielle is so unprofessional. I never once slandered her name or business yet the next morning she immediately posted about mine on her page. My business has nothing to do with it. Danielle, please call me so you may fix my hair and I may pay you.

Called to see if they had any availability for a haircut and color, was then placed on "hold" while the lady called one of the girls and asked if they could take me. She must have just put the phone down in the counter because I heard as they argued with each other for several minutes about me and how bad their day was and how neither wanted the inconvenience of an appointment. She returned from placing me on "hold" to offer just a cut that day, needless to say I passed on the offer out of fear of having a butchered haircut due to my inconveniencing them. Super unprofessional and I hadnt even set foot in the door!

Exceptionally rude service! The website says "Walk-Ins Welcome" which is a load of bull. They look at you like you just ruined their day for coming in. The next time I went to get my daugters hair cut I called first to set up an appointment and the witch on the phone said, "Are you kidding me with this? Were booked today. Try another day." And then she hung up! I wasnt even given the option to make an appointment at a later date! This place has absolutely no customer service. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else! Trust me. Youll be a lot happier with the way you are treated.

Everyone at ALLURE is very friendly, they make you feel welcome. They are very knowledgeable. Milia Lara is A+wesome! She totally knows what you want. My cut, style & color is A+mazing (just like her)! I will let no other person touch my hair. Been going to Milia since last year. I totally recommend this place. The service & the prices are the best EVER!!!.

First hair cut there was great- down hill from there. Most cut and color appointments last 3-4 HOURS! Ridiculous- even for a partial weave. Had to have my hair "fixed" on four separate occasions because the color came out orange.

They didnt have time for my walk in. I felt more of an inconvenience that a welcomed customer. They seemed to not care or need my money. Rolled eyes instead of smiling faces. Walked out.
