Ive had the pleasure of working with the team at Cascade Automotive for three years now and Ive never been disappointed. They take excellent care of my 2003 Ram 2500; always doing what needed and never trying to push services I dont need. Marlin, Rhoda, and the crew are good people you can trust. On occasions Ive had urgent need they always fitted me in. Beyond servicing my vehicle, they have also done speciality installs for me like my gooseneck receiver. Stop by and talk to them and decide for yourself.

I see a few negative reviews that have the same theme. "Charged for Diagnosis" Well, I am personally thankful that these guys have the equipment (which likely cost them something) and the knowledge (which certainly cost them time and experience) to make a diagnosis. I would Much prefer knowing exactly where the problem is Before we start replacing parts. So, That Said... they helped me out in a pinch and it is Greatly appreciated. I am happy to pay for professional work. j2

BAD!! I spent two and a half hours and then find out the next day they put the wrong oil in my truck. I went here for professionalism and to stay away from Jiffy Lube. Now it will be the reverse. Funny, the guy I talked to told me to stay away from Jiffy lube. Now I have to go to Jiffy Lube and change out the oil as I have no time to drive back and spend another two hours waiting.

This is the only place we bring our vehicles to. They are honest and have kept both our vehicles running. We know ahead of time what to expect, they always follow through and listen to any of our concerns. You know who is handling your rig and they are professional.

Very disappointed in the service of this company. Should have got a public opinion before allowing these guys to look at our vehicle. $250.00 for a diagnostic check then $4500.00 to fix the head on our Trailblazer? Ripoffs!!

wanted to charge me 425 for a transmission flush and called chris yates and his price was only 150 they are a rip off.
