My very polite elderly father in-law called with an electrical problem - no AC in the middle of a heatwave. The guy that answered the phone barked“we’re closed and won’t be open till next week” to which my father responded “when next week?” - the guy on the phone responded by saying “gotta go” and HUNG UP ON HIM! Utterly without compassion nor an ounce of kindness not to mention piss poor customer service.... if their phone etiquette is any thing like their repair work avoid like the plague.

Great guy. Fixed my aqua hot and my awning for much less than i thought. Came to my house and was gone in four hours! My motorhome was stuck at camping world for two weeks last time i needed work. Very happy with his work.
