I was in a bit of a bind when my car broke down. Being a single mom, I need a dependable car and I need it to be ready and running whenever I need it! Chris at Yates moved his schedule around today, at a moments notice, just to squeeze me and my broken down car in and get me back on the road. He quoted me a cost for labor and stuck to it, even though the repair took longer than he expected. Its nice to know that theres somebody out there that will stick to his word, give you good quality service and not rip a girl off! THANKS CHRIS!
