When Abby shows up she does a great job. But, she seems to have a problem with keeping appointments and managing her time. She cancelled my previous appointment because she had a conflict. Today, she did not show up for my appointment and she did not bother to contact me. I drove 20 minutes across Eugene and was on time for the appointment. I waited around until 10 minutes after the appointment. Next, I drove around for 10 minutes and came back. There was still no one at the salon, the lights were out and the door was locked. I called and got voice mail. She wasted my time and my money. No one who is serious about their business treats customers with such disrespect. Never again.

Abby always does an amazing job and is a really awesome person to spend two hours in a chair with. ;) Absolutely LOVE what she does with my color! She listens and works to make sure that youre getting what you want before you leave!

Great place to get your hair done. I was really worried about cutting off all my hair but Abby did an amazing job!
