If I could give this place lower than 1 star I would. I dont normally write internet reviews, but this is seriously the most incompetent group of individuals Ive ever had the misfortune of interacting with. Absolutely atrocious customer service. The Hairmasters on 11 St. seems to have their act a little more together. Get your hair cut anywhere but here.

Despite requesting 3-4 times that I wanted my standard trim shorter ended up leaving with a hair cut that looked like I tried giving to myself...in the dark...while drunk and was nearly as long as when I got there.

Mixed experiences. 1st time was great, well worth it. 2nd time I asked for a half inch off and she pretty much buzzed my head to nothing. I wasnt even in the chair for 5 minutes before she tried booting me off.

These ladies are amazing! I had no idea that my hair could look so good for such a reasonable price! They also do waxing, and my brows have never looked better!

Awful customer service the employees copped and attitude the entire time and to top it off the haircut was extremely sub par. Go somewhere else!

I request that my hair to be cut slightly shorter. The hairstylist proceeds to shave off all my hair, just like Bret Emerson. Shitlisted.
