I was a little wary of getting a haircut because the last time I went in (not to this establishment, a place in Washington) the lady got a little scissor (and razor) happy and I was horrified at the result, but this was six month ago and I knew I needed to get my hair shaped now that it had grown out. It was a relatively short wait and when my name was called I explained to the lady who was cutting my hair my previous experience and how nervous I was about getting it cut/layered. She was very patient with me and pre-approved all her hair-cutting decisions, which worked great for me. Since I didnt get my hair styled (blow dried and straightened) there, it wasnt until I got home that I realized what a great cut it was. I will definitely be going back there again the next time I need a cut.

I have always had great service here, but yesterday I swear the gal who cut my hair was on pain meds. She chopped by hair up so bad I have to wear a hat. She never said sorry, charged me full price. Worse experience ever. Gal had long strawberry blond hair.

This salon has a friendly, helpful and very competant staff. My favorite stylist works here - shes one of the few Ive encountered who understands how to deal with light-weight hair on a guy.
