Srey Ramp

This was my first experience having my hair done here on Saturday, April 1st, 2017 at 4 PM (no fools joke). Kelli, was the one that did my hair at the time. Kelli had asked me, how do I want my hair done? Normally, Im prepared before I go to the salon with a picture or so in my hand---but I was tired at the time. So I decided on a poster that she had at her station. My hair was so long and it was past my tail bone. I had a cut and a shampoo done. I also wanted to donate the length that the locks of love wanted and she did that for me. She braided it, cut it, and placed it in a zip lock bag as well. My hair turned out beautifully---as I told her---liked the poster. "I loved my hair when it was done." When my husband and I got home; I was able to really feel and look in the mirror more. I loved it even more and so did he! I decided to call back the salon and find out who she was that did my hair, because I didnt catch her name all that time---someone there told me it was Kelli and that was who I had my hair done by. Kudos to Kelli!!!

Weve been clients here for many years! Tucked behind Walgreens near Jamba Juice in West Salem. Other moms asked why I got my daughters designer cuts and were amazed that their well-styled and contemporary styles were affordable. The crew also does a great job with men and boys cuts from short to long--making both my husband and sons happy. Finally, the best for last--owner, Jennifer! She has seen me through long styles, post cancer short and sassy styles, and now a great mid length razor cut that magically makes my fine, thin hair look thick! This is a full service shop with color, eyebrows, and other services you might wish.

Heather was fabulous! I have very thick/wavy hair and she took the time to blow dry it and iron it to make sure it was cut correctly. She honestly cared about what my hair would look like once I got home, so she took extra time to make sure she got it right. I wont go to anyone else. I donated my hair as well, and she made several pony tails so I could donate all of my hair instead of making a single ponytail and having half my hair fall on the ground. She just did a great job, and I will always use her in the future.

Over prices there ombre tells you one price then does another dont go to here unless you want to pay out the ass for a shirty job! Just because you have a younger kid coming in doesnt mean you can take advantage of her like that how does it go from $85 to $150 after u go into the corner and whisper in the corner. Funny things is last year we go two colors done for 95 dollars hmm weird I am a disatified customer that get hung up on I will be telling everyone of what kind of business you guys are running!

Kelli is an amazing stylist!! She listened to exactly what I wanted and did just an outstanding job. I wont be going anywhere else. She is so kind and friendly, it was like hanging out with my best friend. The shop is so inviting too. I recommend her to all my friends. My boyfriend even noticed, and said "wow your hair looks great" We all know it takes a lot for a man to notice lol. Thank you Kelli for taking the time to make me look and feel fabulous.

My first experience was ok , the second was not good at all. Went for roots done , hair areas was miss not done at all , my hair is yellow, very unhappy husband, he feels that he pay for something thats not done proper. phone and complain , no apologies was given , it seems like they do not understand me . Appointment for Tuesday, I think it will be the last visit to the salon. Took picture of my hair.

Jenny has been cutting and coloring my hair for the past year after I had a bad experience at another local salon. Jenny was able to fix my hair and gain my trust. My hair is the healthiest its ever been and I receive a lot of compliments on the cut and color. I also appreciate that Jenny goes the extra mile to make sure that my hair and other services meet or exceed my expectations every time.

Kelli has always done such an amazing job doing hair for me and my family. Expert cuts and color!!! Shes great with my kids and always provides great advice when I dont know exactly what I want. I get bored with my hair and she has always done wonderful work from short to long cuts, highlighting and even the time I tried an extreme color change to all purple! Shes the best and can do it all!!!

Jennifer is a coloring Goddess! I sit down in her chair feeling drab and gloomy with gray roots and tell poor Jennifer "make it better!" I dont even tell her what colors I want. She just gets to work. Im amazed every time at what she created. So many layers of colors. Always something new and beautiful. She my husband and sons hair as well. We wouldnt go anywhere else!

Jennifer has been styling my pixie cut for the past 3 years! I initially came into the salon when I messed up an at-home dye and got a horrid haircut from the Great Clips by Safeway. She completely fixed my hair and now cuts hair for my mom and brothers. I love this salon.
