My hair was long to my waste and i told the lady she an older lady that i wanted layers but like Less than an inch off my long layer the results were shoulder length on my hair and alto of random layers I was devastated and never ever ever going there again my hair was really important to me now I had to go buy 200 dollar extensions they suck on listening and they dont cut hair good only for old man cuts

The women werent rude but they werent very welcoming either. There was an awkwardness the whole time. I asked for a certain length on one of my children and one employee informed ME she was leaving it longer because she felt it "looked better for her age." Just a little annoying when you ask me what i want and then proceed to do as you please.

All the ladies that cut my hair did a great job once the cut it uneven but we went back and they fixed it. But all the girls that cut my brothers hair sometimes did a good job bit other times they cut it wrong or once they cut his ear.
