Its definitely the most affordable place in Hillsboro. I had to wait for a while in a back sorta room, but I wasnt mad at all when I saw how great my brows looked. If youre looking for something cheap and arent on a time schedule this is the place to go.

They were pulling my hair so much normally when i get hair cuts and my hair is tangly it doesnt hurt i almost cryed and i wanted a trim and they cut my hair way way too short!!

I come all the way from Lake Oswego because the girls do such a great job and the hair cuts for men are very affordable. Check them out, they do a great job. Randy
