Made an appointment hours before arivail. Showed up on time and waited for the stylists to finish the cuts they were in the middle of. Then was passed over twice and told Id have to wait for two more cuts. Learned all this after waiting 15+ minutes already. Unacceptable. What is the purpose of making an appointment if youre not going to honor it?

I use the online app to make appointments and I never have any issues. It is easy and speedy! Thanks Supercuts! I had some issues with a chronic health condition and Bobbie was always working with me and going above and beyond to give me the greatest service, helping me still look good even through my disease!

Had a wonderful experience there! It helps if you call the day you want to go in and make an appointment...that way you dont have to wait. Yes they are short-staffed, but the girls there are very nice and do a good job! I had Desiree do my hair and LOVED it! Thanks so much for the new "doo" Desiree!

Manager is awesome and has adjusted staff over the past few months to help improve customer satisfaction! I always receive great service and it is not a long wait when you call ahead or check in on their app! Prices for wax and haircuts are extremely reasonable!

Took over 2.5 hours even though we made a reservation online! OVERPRICED - Got home and haircuts on hubby and son SUCKED! Horrible fade and ridiculous uneven patches. Had to fix it myself!
