I called ahead to schedule a haircut, arrived 5 minutes early, and waited 15 minutes before leaving in frustration. I get that you cant really rush someone elses haircut and that you want to keep the chairs full. The manager made no effort to acknowledge I was there and then was condescending when I directly asked her about the appointment to be sure that they didnt think I was just waiting for someone or whatever. No thank you.

I find this store to be very accommodating and friendly. I have always had good service. They are hardworking, kind and do a good job for a most reasonable charge. I would ignore the ranting below. This offensive person uses poor English and is repetitive. If he did not like the cut, he should have said something about wanting it shorter at the time, or gone back for a re-cut.

Dont come here with kids. They told me they dont have bathrooms here. That is a lie. They should be honest and say we dont want to let you use it.

I get my haircut here every 3 weeks or so. Always a good job and the stylists are friendly.
