I am a regular at this supercuts for the last 7 months. I come in every 2 weeks. 19 a cut plus a 5 dollar tip. 50 bucks a month. I came in today for a cut i called at 9am to set an appointment. Got here 10 min early had to wzit while they finished some haircuts no biggie. Well the manager trisha finished her cut. Went in the back for 10 min came out cleaned her area then proceeded to tell me i needed to wait until the other girl was done because she had an angry customer coming in so i would have to wait. I feel the customer service was lacking and that i am just as important as the next. I spend a lot of money here. I wont be anymore. Im going to find a new hair place to spend my money. You lost me as a customer and my money...

I went in and was told that if I came by in 25 minutes I could get my hair cut. I came back and waited. Another 20 minutes goes by and while sitting there, another woman who had walked in, was called before I was. I went up to the counter I was informed that a mistake had happened and that shell cut my hair in about 20 minutes. So at the end of the day I would have to wait nearly an hour to get my haircut. I left without getting an apology without getting my haircut but with the attitude that I will never go to Supercuts again. I would encourage anyone thinking about getting their hair cut here to turn around and find a business that treats you with respect.

My boyfriend and I come here all the time, he gets his hair cut and his eye brows waxed by Trisha and she is AMAZING!!! We really like this business and she is our go to! She also cut my hair and helped me try something new and I love it even to this day!! She is really friendly, helpful and energetic!! Also its super fast! We hardly wait at all she is so amazing with her skills!!(: wow can she multitask!!!(:

We took in a three-year-old for the first time… To get his bangs cut, and they did a fantastic job!!! And when forgetting his sippy cup in the waiting room she came and ran out to her car to make sure we did not forget it!!! Now thats awesome!!! Great experience all round!!!

I always go to supercuts, of course, the quality of the hair cut always depends on the individual who cuts your hair but I am rarely disappointed. Plus, if you are not satisfied with your hair cut, you can go back in and have it re-cut.

I have curly hair, I asked the lady if she knew how to cut curly hair and she said "yes" I asked for a trim she said she wanted to cut off the damaged hair and when my hair dried it was short like a BOB I went home and cried.
