The other person who reviewed this place obviously doesnt know what theyre doing. And why bother mentioning that theyre latino, hmmm? Somebodys a little bit racist. But thats okay. We all are. When I went there it was like Zeus himself was greeting me. The doors opened and I was overwhelmed by the heavenly light of haircutting. I was struck speechless as divine winds lifted me up from off the ground and carried me to my seat; it was already prepared for me, tools and all. Hermes sped in from seemingly nowhere; he asked me what I would like, and then said never mind, he already knew. In a flash, my hair was the most glorious I had ever seen it. It shone with the same righteous light that first greeted me as the doors opened themselves. Immediately I had a flock of supermodels at my beck and call, whose only existence seemed to be to run their hands through my hair, and tell me how awesome I was. When I got to work with my haircut my boss died of shock; immediately once the area manager saw my new do, I was promoted, as no man with such a rockin haircut could ever be a lowly grunt. Clearly, he said, they had underestimated my god-given potential. I only rated them very good because I found their hair products to be a bit pricey.

My husband and I took my son here to get his hair cut. There were 2 people working and there was only once person having there hair cut at that time. They said it would be a 30 minute wait to cut his hair. Which was absolutely ridiculous especialy since they have a sign out side saying walk inside welcome no waiting. But son wanted to wait and have it done and one of the ladies said she would take $2 off the price because of the wait. So my husband and I went over to Fred Meyer while he waited to get his hair cut. We told him before we left to call us if they hadnt gotten his hair cut with in the next 25 minutes. He called us about 20 mins later and said he was done and he would meet us at fredys. I took one look at him and was pissed. Not only did they not give him what he asked for they missed a big spot in the back of his head. His shirt and face were covered in hair and they cut his ear and charged him full price for the hair cut. I called and complained but it didnt do much good. We will not be going back there and I strongly suggest no one else does either.

Got highlights allover and it didnt turn out how I wanted.. I originally wanted highlights and black lowlights and the lady said my hair was dark enough that I didnt need the low lights so she only did the highlights and Im not happy my hair looks too light I will not return here ever again update now my hair is Orange Update I came to this location in august and got a color and the stylist messed up i had left a comment about it and was contacted by the manager brooke she assured me it would be corrected however she had a funeral to attend so we could have it scheduled after that. To my suprise i was never again contacted ive been so busy with work i have been wearing my hair up for months to hide the orange/brassy highlights which have now grown out alot... I would not recomend this salon.

Sign out front, no wait. But wait was a half hour. Another customer complained and suggested removing the no wait sign. The employee just had a big fake smile, said OK, and watched the customer walk away. Then didnt remove the sign and kept taking names for the waiting list. One star rating for false advertising, lying and not respecting customers.

Hit or miss on quality of cut - seems to be a revolving door of stylists fresh out of school. Customer service is marginal - one stylist cutting while two argue in the back office. Save the employee ass chewing for after hours - wasting everyones time

Horrible service by the two Latino ladies working. After telling me it would be ten minutes I waited for 15 then they put someone in front of me and said it would be a half hour.

Most of these people have no experience .Just graduated from some kimd of beaty school. The wors hair cut i have ever received for 20 dollars.

Ive been here multiple times, and the experience is always pleasant. I would recommend making an appointment since they do get busy at times.
