I went to color my hair and spent $176.00 for coloring my root and coloring my hair Ombre and cut my bangs. To my surprise, after all of her enthusiasm that her worked was perfect! She let me go home with my hair soaking wet. Im writing this review to let the management know, if you are going to charge customers almost $200. It should be perfectly done, and the customers should leave your Salon happy. Then they come back next time. As far as im concern, i will never go back to your Salon and any other Supercut hair Salon. Sherry was my hair dresser and she charge a la Carte for her service. You better bring a thousand dollar if you want her service...After she told me i was done when my hair is soaking wet. She cordially asked me if there anything i want her to do with my hair. I said no! I dont want her charging me anymore after the $176.00 bucks i already spent. No wonder this Salon has no traffic though it was only Saturday 3:00 p.m. I gave her tip $20 dollars though i was unhappy. Hopefully next time no one will experience what i had in this Salon anymore. I rate this place 1, they need a lot of improvement with their service. P.S By the way, the color you used was still on my hair. I went home and felt sticky on my hair. When i wipe my towel on it; it was the color you put on. It was still dark brown!!!

They started to get busy so she handed me a mirror to make sure it looked good. I kept my mouth shut but it was uneven and unfinished. Had to try and fix it in the mirror myself at home and will go see my regular hair stylist next week. The convenience of not needing an appointment and the price was attractive enough but the hair cut was "unprofessional" to say the least. Heavy set gal that transferred from Johnson Creek with not much personality did the cut FYI.

Eight months ago this establishment was not doing great. Now it has changed. Prompt service with a little wait time depending on walk-ins vs appointments. This establishment is always clean and have friendly service. Prices are reasonable for haircuts.
